All the grapes are hand-picked, carefully selected on a mat of choice and trodden in lagares where they ferment for 7 to 10 days at temperatures from 22ºC to 27ºC. New 225L Allier French oak barrels (François Frères, Taransaud, and others), where malolactic fermentation takes place and is aged for 18 months. Quinta Vale D. Maria Vinha do Rio has a fruity nose, with various spices, tobacco, and light notes of chocolate and great intensity. In the mouth, the wine is textured, surprisingly fresh, with great vigor, extremely tasty and with smooth and silky tannins. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvesting for 15kg boxes. Total de-stemming with slight crushing after selecting the grapes on the sorting mat. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel mills at controlled temperatures. Aged for 23 months in used French oak barrels and 1 and a half years in bottle. Notes of black and red fruit well integrated with notes of spice and slightly smoked barrel. in the mouth it has delicate tannins, good volume and very present acidity, which makes it simultaneously powerful and elegant.

After careful selection for their best condition, the grapes were harvested into 25 kg trunks and sent to the vinification center where they were lightly pressed in a pneumatic press. The resulting must was sent to stainless steel vats and cooled, where it remained for 24 hours to decant. At the end of this period, it was filtered and transferred to another stainless steel vat where it was inoculated with selected yeasts, having fermented at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, it aged in 2nd year French oak barrels with weekly bâtonnage for 6 months. Pacheca Superior White has a complex aroma, some tropical fruit notes such as pineapple and passion fruit and toasted notes from the barrel. In the mouth it is marked by exotic fruit wrapped in toasted wood notes that give it a rich body and a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

On March 3, 2016, his wife and three daughters took their birthday to present it with the AML 70. This blend of alicante Bouschet and Touriga Franca, rigorously selected, staged 24 months in French oak barrels. Visually their violet reflections are well highlighted by their deep and concentrated ruby color. In the nose it is full of very mature fruit, with suggestive notes of jelly and compotes of fruits of forest. With good volume in the mouth, good freshness, distinguished by its round and balanced set, with well integrated soft tannins, providing a long finish, where the fruity character reappears in the retro nasal aroma.
