Família Silva Branco Pedigree Red
Manual harvest for 20kg boxes. The grapes were carefully selected on a sorting table and then destemmed. Fermentation carried out in a mill with indigenous yeasts. Finished with an aging of 24 months in barrels, 50% in new barrels, 50% in used French oak barrels (225L). Intense aroma of wild fruits and black fruit, balsamic notes and spice. In the mouth it is fruity, firm tannins and very well integrated. It presents a good acidity and a long and tasty finish. Contains sulfites.
Villa Oliveira Pedras Altas Magnum Red
In the Dão region, from Casa da Passarella, Villa Oliveira Pedras Altas Red wine is born. Vinification in a cement vat with pre- and post-fermentation maceration. Aging for 18 months in oak barrels. Opaque red color, aroma of red fruits. Full-bodied, fresh and elegant, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Insula Chão de Lava AA Rose
Selective manual harvest in 15kg boxes. About 50% results from direct pressing of the whole bunch and decanting after 24 hours. The remaining 50% comes from sangria from gently crushed grapes and subjected to 3 to 6 hours of maceration at low temperatures. The mixture ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. With aromas of ripe red fruits and hints of spice. In the mouth it is fresh, saline, mineral, structured and persistent. QUINTA DO CÔTTO Vinha do Dote Red
Grapes from a vineyard called Vinha do Dote. All grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes. After a complete destemming and light crushing, they moved to stainless steel vats where they fermented. Total aging in Portuguese and French oak barrels for 15 months. Vineyards with an average age of 90 years. It presents an intense ruby color, reserved aroma with great complexity. Some spice, vegetable notes and hidden ripe fruit. Present and expressive fruit, wild fruits. Good volume in the mouth, serious, ripe and textured tannins and with freshness to balance the set well. Very long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Casa Ferreirinha Castas Escondidas Red
But what varieties does this red hide, then? They are varieties cultivated in the Douro for many generations, such as Touriga-Fêmea, Tinta Francisca, Bastardo or Marufo, combined in the blend by Tinta Amarela, Tinto Cão, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa and old vines. This unusual combination thus results in an original wine that does not neglect the character of the region. Contains sulfites.
Cono Sur Bicicleta Cabernet Sauvignon Red
Maturation 20% in barrels and 80% in stainless steel tanks for 9 months. This Cabernet Sauvignon has a bright ruby color with violet highlights. Its intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as plum and raspberry, touches of cocoa, tobacco and soft coffee. It is a wine of medium body with soft tannins, balanced with marked end. Harmonizes with beef and sheep, pasta with red sauce and yellow cheese.

Casa da Passarella The Fugitive Curtimenta Branco. A concept for wines that happen. For unique conditions in unique years. For a constant concern, a challenge to all standards. They could be called “collection wines”, but they are mostly wines to be found. And above all, discovered. Total tanning process with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, total space in direct skin contact for 1 month. Aging for 1 year in used 600 Lts barrels. It presents a citrus color, white fruit aroma with mineral notes. Complex balsamic notes with some citrus and honey. Long and persistent aftertaste. Contains sulfites.

Quinta Vale Dona Maria Vinha do Rio Red
All the grapes are hand-picked, carefully selected on a mat of choice and trodden in lagares where they ferment for 7 to 10 days at temperatures from 22ºC to 27ºC. New 225L Allier French oak barrels (François Frères, Taransaud, and others), where malolactic fermentation takes place and is aged for 18 months. Quinta Vale D. Maria Vinha do Rio has a fruity nose, with various spices, tobacco, and light notes of chocolate and great intensity. In the mouth, the wine is textured, surprisingly fresh, with great vigor, extremely tasty and with smooth and silky tannins. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Costa das Aguaneiras Red
Fermentation in stone winery. Stage in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Vivid red color, intense and deep. Fairly fruity, it is intense and complex, emphasizing aromas of ripe red fruit, such as blackberry and light cassis, and notes of vanilla, from its stage in wood. In the mouth the entrance is fresh, soft and very tasty, with fruit present and soft but lively tannins. Full and complex, it has a correct acidity which gives it longevity. Contains Sulfites.
Niepoort Batuta Red
The ripening period was less hot than usual and fresh temperatures allowed the grapes to have a good total acidity, an essential factor for a fresh and balanced palate. After a careful selection, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, the fermentation took place in trunk-conical stainless vats and wooden vats, with maceration for about 60 days. It was then aged for 22 months in French oak barrels, of which 25% was new wood, where malolactic fermentation took place. Batuta shows a beautiful ruby color, intense and alive. A deep and complex aroma, although slightly restrained, its mineral and forest profile is in full harmony with the barrel notes. Over time in the glass, the wine will show several layers, in a very elegant register, with fresh spices such as black pepper and cloves. Slim and elegant in the mouth, with a silky texture and firm structure, it features very polished and luxurious tannins. Deep and multidimensional. Although young, it impresses by its balance. End of mouth very thin, very long and seductive. Will grow old with great class. Contains Sulfites.
Charme Red
Manual Harvest, fermentation in granite wineries and barrels. Stage of 15 months in barrel. The Charme shows a brilliant bright red color with a complex aroma reminiscent of tea leaves, a mild earthy character and a hint of cherries. In the mouth, although delicate and elegant, underlies a very long assertive structure, minerality and freshness, together with the well integrated wood, resulting in a harmonious finish with soft tannins.
