The grapes were harvested, after a rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the cellar. Subsequently pressed with the whole bunch, at low pressure. The must fermented and aged in stainless steel vats for 4 months. With a defined citrus color, it has a young aroma. At the beginning of September the grapes were harvested manually for small boxes of 18kg. In the vineyard a careful selection was made according to the phenolic maturation stage of the grapes. At the arrival cellar the grapes were cooled to a skin maceration which was followed by pressing. The fermentation started in small stainless steel tanks, finishing in French oak barrels, followed by battonage and 4 month stage. The grapes were harvested manually, for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed for small stainless mills, where they macerated 24 hours at low temperature, before beginning the alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle remonstrances for a good extraction of color and aromas. After fermentation, it was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it remained for 12 months until bottling. Contains Sulfites.
