Manual harvest and then transported in pallets (max 150Kg). Maceration in microliters at a controlled temperature of 26-28ºC. Aging for 9 months in new French oak casks. This is a wine with excellent bottle aging capacity. It reveals intense aromas of ripe fruit such as cassis and raspberry, and elegant floral notes typical of the variety. It has a beautiful and powerful structure as a young man, later evolving into a more harmonious wine, gaining notes of spices and smoked, and extreme pleasure and elegance in the mouth. Contains sulfites.

The winemaking is classic in stainless steel vats with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation is controlled up to 26ºC for 9 days. The aging is done in French oak barrels for 6 months. Harvest by hand. Na old vineyard with 40 years old. 100% stems. Maceration in lagar. Fermentation occurred naturally, under indigenous yeast for 15 days with light stomping to allow good color extraction. In the end of the fermentation, the grape must was transferred to a small stainless steel vat where it remained until bottling. All process was led without the least human intervention, with minimum quantities of external products, from the vineyard to the finish line, the bottling. Medium ruby color. Red fruits aroma combined with some spices like black pepper. A fresh and young wine, true to self, with structure and exuberant finish. This wine is quite versatile, combining the wild and rustic side without oak influence, with the fresh fruit and the wonderful acidity from the terroir. Pairs perfectly with roasted meat dishes, dried nuts, mushroom and soft cheeses. Contains Sulfites.

The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the winery where they were de-stemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank at 26–27°C. Once finished, we kept the wine in post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in a stainless steel tank and was then transferred to barrels where it remained for 18 months. Aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels and 36 months in bottle. Powerful nose with notes of black fruit wrapped in spices and tobacco. In the mouth, the intensity of the freshness of the Cabernet Sauvignon stands out, followed by the creamy texture of the Alicante Bouschet, which leads us to an elegant and persistent finish.
