Manual harvest and then transported in pallets. Partial fermentation in stainless steel vats, finished in old oak casks. Stage in the same hulls for 20 months. The bright yellow hue immediately catches the eye! It presents an aromatic complexity where there is a mix of floral, with dominance of white flowers, and ripe fruity yellow pulp and dehydrated fruit. In the mouth the notes of toasted wood take to another dimension, warmer and more complex, always accompanied with a beautiful acidity and surrounding volume. Final with an intoxicating freshness! Discover Quinta da Alameda Red, an exceptional wine produced exclusively with Touriga Nacional grapes, from an old vineyard that is around 80 years old.
Vinified using traditional techniques, such as foot treading and fermentation in a press, this wine is aged in French oak barrels, acquiring a unique complexity.
Notes of red fruits, such as blackberry, strawberry and raspberry, combine with floral touches and a subtle presence of wood. A greedy and delicate wine, but robust and tenacious, with very present tannins and a long aftertaste.
Quinta da Alameda Red is a Dão wine, with a perfect balance that invites you to sip after sip, without tiring the palate.

After careful selection for their best condition, the grapes were harvested into 25 kg trunks and sent to the vinification center where they were lightly pressed in a pneumatic press. The resulting must was sent to stainless steel vats and cooled, where it remained for 24 hours to decant. At the end of this period, it was filtered and transferred to another stainless steel vat where it was inoculated with selected yeasts, having fermented at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, it aged in 2nd year French oak barrels with weekly bâtonnage for 6 months. Pacheca Superior White has a complex aroma, some tropical fruit notes such as pineapple and passion fruit and toasted notes from the barrel. In the mouth it is marked by exotic fruit wrapped in toasted wood notes that give it a rich body and a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
