100% of this wine is aged in wood for 10 months, in 25% new wood. Fermented in conical stainless steel vats for 7 days, with temperature control, after which malolactic fermentation takes place. This Syrah wine reveals notes of fresh black plum with nuances of ripe blue fruit on a relatively intense palate, with a markedly mineral backbone in a set full of spices. Contains sulfites.

Discover the Quinta da Rede Vinha da Seara Red, an exquisite wine from the Douro, Lower Corgo sub-region. Originating from the slopes of Marão at an altitude of 450 meters, this wine is produced from a traditional blend of regional grape varieties, harvested in 'field blend'.
The vinification process includes total destemming and extended skin maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation in robotic lagares with temperature control at 26ºC for 10 days. The wine matures for 14 months in new 300-liter French oak barrels, gaining complexity and refinement.
With a bright ruby color, Vinha da Seara displays an intense yet refined aroma, featuring high-quality red fruit complemented by notes of wet earth, rockrose, and spices. On the palate, it is elegant and delicate, with polished tannins, silky texture, and a freshness that promises to evolve in the bottle for decades. Ideal for pairing with lean meats such as chicken or veal, it should be served between 17ºC-18ºC.

This exceptional wine, produced exclusively with Bastardo grapes from the Dão Serra da Estrela sub-region, is a vivid expression of the elegance, finesse and richness of flavors that characterized D. Harvested in September 2021, the Bastardo grapes fermented in a press, with 30% whole bunches and macerated for 15 days. The wine then aged in barrels for a year, developing delicate aromas of red fruits, earthy notes and austere freshness.
In the mouth, it reveals a charming fusion of fruity character, freshness and elegance, with dry and precise tannins that provide a captivating texture. Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they are destemmed and slightly crushed. Pre-fermentation maceration for 10 days. Fermentation over 14 days in stainless steel and aging in French oak barrels for 32 months. A wine that impresses with its extraordinary freshness and complexity, with notes of wild berries, pine, resin, licorice, coffee and tobacco leaf. In the mouth, a wine with a very solid structure, rich and fresh, with silky tannins.

Grapes from a plot of the Quinta, the Corredoira vineyard. All grapes are hand-picked in 20 kg boxes. After a partial destemming and slight crushing, they go to the press where there is a slight contact between the skins and the must. Soft pressing and fermentation at medium/high temperatures in stainless steel vats. Finished fermentation in French oak barrels of 300 liters. Aged in barrels with total lees, with batonage, for 6 months. Vineyards with an average age of 35 years. Straw color, very complex and deep aroma. A lot of minerality with a light smoke, reveals citrus and fresh notes. Elegant and balanced palate, aromatic, with good volume and a very fresh and mineral finish. Contains sulfites.
