Grapes harvested by hand, reception with partial stemming and immediate crushing. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement vats without temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels, followed by aging in bottle for 36 months. Impactful, explosion of licorice / “liquorice”, black fruits, and spices, in harmony with very discreet notes of barrel. The winemaking is classic in stainless steel vats with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation is controlled up to 26ºC for 9 days. The aging is done in French oak barrels for 6 months. Clear appearance, strong red color with hints of garnet, reveals a deep and elegant aroma of very ripe red fruits, where the notes of plum, blueberry and cherry stand out combined with soft expressions of fine vanilla, spices and dried fruits, married with a light fragrance. balsamic and faint breath of pine forest. In the mouth it shows outstanding complexity, it is round and harmonious, with good structure and balance of well integrated tannins, promising a good aging potential. It reveals a long persistence and an exquisite bouquet, showing the character of its terroir and the personality of the grape variety. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Pellada Mulher Nua Red

Spontaneous fermentation, obviously with indigenous yeasts, took place in a stainless steel mill, followed by a 36-month stage in three 400L oak casks, second/third use. Direct gravity bottling. This wine is the result of an attempt to recreate the Pelada 2003, in which, at the time, it was intended to demonstrate the elegant and balanced character of Dão wines. A part of the lot comes from the Alto and Meio plots, from the old vineyard (70 years old) of Quinta da Pellada, where there is a great genetic heritage, with no predominance of any variety. The other part of the lot comes from Touriga Nacional from plot 5 of Quinta da Pellada. Contains sulfites.
Crasto DOC White

The grapes, from previously selected plots, were transported in 22 kg food plastic boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. They were subsequently destemmed and pressed. The pressed wort was transferred to a stainless steel vat where it was kept at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until decanting. Then, alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel vat with controlled temperatures of 14º C for a period of 30 days. Aging 3 months in stainless steel vats. Bright citrus colored wine, with expressive aromas of tropical fruits reminiscent of fresh passion fruit, in perfect harmony with soft floral notes. Starts in the mouth tasting in a captivating way, evolving into a balanced wine, of medium volume and structure, very well integrated with excellent sensations of minerality. A seductive wine that finishes fresh and with a pleasant persistence. Contains Sulfites.
