Manual harvest, bunch by bunch, individually selected. Fermentation in a stone mill and treading of the masses lasting between 6 to 8 days. Malolactic fermentation and 16 months aging in French and American oak barrels. Ruby red in color with aromas of red fruit matching perfectly with the touch of barrel. In the mouth, the firm tannins and fruit stand out, complementing each other in a complex and elegant structure. Contains sulfites.

The winemaking is classic in stainless steel vats with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation is controlled up to 26ºC for 9 days. The aging is done in French oak barrels for 6 months. Clear appearance, strong red color with hints of garnet, reveals a deep and elegant aroma of very ripe red fruits, where the notes of plum, blueberry and cherry stand out combined with soft expressions of fine vanilla, spices and dried fruits, married with a light fragrance. balsamic and faint breath of pine forest. In the mouth it shows outstanding complexity, it is round and harmonious, with good structure and balance of well integrated tannins, promising a good aging potential. It reveals a long persistence and an exquisite bouquet, showing the character of its terroir and the personality of the grape variety. Contains sulfites.

The harvest took place in the second week of September. The grapes were harvested manually for small boxes of 18kg according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed for small stainless steel tanks, where they were macereted 24 yours at low temperature, before beginning the alcoholic fermentation, with yeasts selected at controlled temperature. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle remonstrances of a good extraction of color and aromas. After fermentation, it was transferred to French oak barrels where it remained for 7 months until bottling. Aromas of black fruits, notes of spices and menthol. In the mouth it is dense, with firm tannins, a very balanced acidity and an intense and spicy finish. Contains Sulfites.

Wine with a lot of concentration. Rich mouthfeel, with silk texture and filigree tannins. The grapes were picked up manually for 18 kg boxes, with extreme care, fermenting at low temperature. The wort is transferred to small capacity wine tanks with temperature control. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The wine stems on the lees for seven months. As a result of traditional pressing, the wine has an intense greenish color. In it we can find the vibrant acidity of Arinto combined with the living fruit of the Rabigato. The mouth surprises by the density and freshness.
