Manual harvest, bunch by bunch, individually selected. Fermentation in a stone mill and treading of the masses lasting between 6 to 8 days. Malolactic fermentation and 16 months aging in French and American oak barrels. Ruby red in color with aromas of red fruit matching perfectly with the touch of barrel. In the mouth, the firm tannins and fruit stand out, complementing each other in a complex and elegant structure. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest for small 20 kg perforated boxes, soft pressing of the whole bunches without destemming, in order to preserve the integrity of the grapes as much as possible, natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature between 16-17ºC in order to obtain the maximum expression of the combination: variety, soil and climate. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine was in contact with the fine lees, having been raised and stirred for about a month in stainless steel vats in order to gain creaminess and volume in the mouth. After bottling, the wine aged in bottle for 3 months before being placed on the market. It presents an intense aroma, of mineral character in balance with discreet notes of exotic fruits, melon and grapefruit. Acidity and freshness with fruit dominate the palate, feeling the same fruit as the nose, structured and smooth with very fresh acidity. Contains sulfites.

After transport to Quinta de Nápoles, the grapes were carefully destemmed to a stainless steel vat where they fermented at a controlled temperature for about a week. Part of the batch is stacked in French oak barrels while the rest is kept in stainless steel for about 6 months. Medium brick color wine with a magnificent, fresh, clean and precise aroma of dark cherries, floral suggestions and a rustic and balsamic profile of spices. On the palate, it is more robust than the previous year. with a markedly rustic character. Once again, an excellent wine, balanced and elegant, presenting the simple style (uncomplicated). The must, after static decanting, fermented in French oak barrels where it aged for 8 months. This Reserve edition has a citrus yellow color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with notes of wood well integrated and combined with the minerality of the wine. Good volume in the mouth (creamy), with a crunchy acidity and a fresh and long finish.
