With grapes from the Douro Superior, namely from a 60-year-old vineyard, from the selection of red grapes from native varieties. A wine as it used to be, with structure, body and freshness.
After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the grapes are trodden by foot in a small press. Fermentation started spontaneously and then it was pressed.
It fermented the rest of the time in used 225L barrels. Aging: 6 months used barrels. This wine has a red fruit aroma like strawberries. Fresh, light and appetizing wine. Contains sulfites.

The bunches were harvested by hand and selected on the sorting mat. After being de-stemmed, a 6-hour pre-fermentative cold maceration followed. Fermentation took place slowly in 400 and 500l French oak barrels, where the wine then aged for around 9 months. Notes of orange peel and ripe citrus, roasted apple, light buttery and integrated barrel notes. in the mouth it has good volume, balanced acidity and a surprisingly fresh finish.

The Morgado de Santa Catherina, from the Bucelas Arinto of the old vineyards of Quinta da Romeira, has fermented and aged in oak barrels, which allows it to bottle stages up to 15 years. Manual harvest. Manual choice of curls. Destemming and slight crushing of the berries. The grapes were fermented in used 500L French oak barrels where they were subjected to gentle pigeages. After an aging period of 19 months in barrels, we carry out a light fining and then bottling. The wine rested for 1 year before being marketed. Deep ruby color. Intense, deep, complex aroma. Black fruits, bushy notes, toasted and spicy suggestions. Soft attack, firm but polished tannins that provide density and structure. Balanced acidity. Ends with strength. Contains sulfites.
