Quinta de Arcossó White Riesling is a winemaking jewel born in the Arcossó region, Vidago, part of the Ribeira de Oura sub-region. This exceptional Riesling comes from a careful selection of grapes grown on a dedicated plot of 0.8 hectares, set in an 8-hectare vineyard planted in 2016. Located on a southeast slope at an altitude of 450 meters, this land benefits from a 35% slope and granite soil, perfect conditions for the development of superior quality grapes.
Harvested at the peak of ripeness, the grapes for this Riesling went through a meticulous process of alcoholic fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats, enriched with the "bâtonnage" technique during fermentation. After bottling, the wine matured in the bottle for eight months, culminating in a wine with a vibrant yellow color, with deep aromas of grapefruit and pear, and a dense, fresh palate that continues into a long-lasting finish, promising a unique and memorable taste experience.

Manual harvest into small 15 kg perforated boxes, fermentation in a reductive environment, using very gentle crushing and pressing processes under an inert atmosphere in order to preserve all the aromatic potential of the grapes. A great effort is made to ensure that all pre-fermentation operations are carried out with the utmost rigor, being responsible for the intrinsic quality of the future wine. The entirety of the wine ferments in stainless steel vats and remains there after a small racking on fine lees with periodic “battonage” preparation until the final batch is made.
