This wine comes from the vineyards of Seia, vinified in cement mills with foot steps and in stainless steel tanks. It aged for 12 months in oak barrels, of which 20% new. Being Dão de terroir par excellence for the Touriga Nacional, it is on the slopes of the Serra da Estrela that this variety finds perfect maturation conditions. Beautiful violet color and exceptional aromatic complexity, with the usual floral notes, black fruits and wild berries. It is a very structured and rich wine, but with an excellent acidity that gives it minerality and nerve. It is undoubtedly our most complete and complex varietal wine, which is still taking its first steps, has a long life ahead. Contains Sulfites.

Explore the exclusivity of Conde Vimioso Reserva White, a wine that stands out in the wine scene for its strong identity and rich heritage. Originating from sandy soils with pebbles, this white wine takes the Arinto grape variety to a new level of excellence.
Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes precedes a careful process of cooling the grapes to 5ºC, followed by crushing and meticulous skin maceration. A gentle pressing gives way to a long maceration of 8 days at 6ºC, with subsequent alcoholic fermentation. This nectar matures in second and third year French oak barrels for 10 months, remaining on the lees to intensify its character.
Conde Vimioso Reserva White seduces with an intense aroma, dominated by citrus and mineral notes, complemented by an elegant touch of spices. On the palate, it reveals itself to be complex, combining structure and acidity with mineral freshness, culminating in a prolonged finish of rare elegance. This wine is a true celebration of sophistication and tradition.

The white grapes that make up this wine come from schist soil vineyards planted at an average altitude of 350 meters, with northeast exposure, between Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Barca d'Alva. Hand picking vintage. The grapes are slowly pressed, followed by fermentation at a temperature of 16ºC in French oak barrels with battonage. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels. Located near Pinhão on the right bank of the Douro and with a spectacular view of the river, Quinta da Boavista is one of the most iconic properties in the region, known not only for its historical connection to Baron de Forrester but also for its 40 hectares of high quality vineyards. The Vine of the Ujo was planted in 1930 in pre-phylloxeric horizontal levels and the land is supported by small schist walls. Its more than 25 breeds spread on small terraces exposed to the sunset. The vineyard has an altitude that varies between 180 and 210 meters. Deep red and deep red wine. Impressive aroma that takes us to an orchard of bergamots, fresh wild scents, as well as floral notes and minerals, demonstrating a superb complexity and depth. In the mouth it is unique, impressing by the finesse and the beautiful integration with the wood. Long and persistent. Manual harvesting, destemming and soft smashing of berries. The fermentation of the grapes takes place in new barrels of French wood of 500 liters. After a period of maceration the resulting wine continues its stage for 16 months in barrels of 225 liters also of French oak.
