Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. After a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures, the grapes are pressed and the must clarified. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16º C for two to three weeks. Fresh and elegant aroma, where citrus and floral notes stand out, associated with a remarkable minerality. Intense and long aftertaste. Contains sulfites.

Grapes de-stemmed and fermented in a press with manual treading. Malolactic fermentation and prolonged aging for 20 months in new barrels (50%) using French oak. Wine stabilized naturally during aging in barrels. 3650 bottles were produced. Delicate aromas of ripe red fruit and light floral notes. Mediterranean bush, cedar, wood, mocha, spice and moss add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it proves to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the limestone soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long finish, the result of the prolonged aging in barrels to which it was subjected. Contains sulfites.
