Envelope Red results from a blend with Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz and Tinto Cão from vineyards aged 40, and fermented with 100% stalks. In the middle of the process, in order to avoid the astringency of the tannins, we interrupted the contact with the film. It aged for 12 months in 300 liter barrels and then remained in the bottle for another 8 months before leaving for the market. Clear and open in color. It shows a very fresh aroma, markedly mineral, with wild fruits, spices and notes of reduction. In the mouth it is fresh, with a well-marked acidity, very polished tannins and a long, deep and delicate finish. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta dos Murças VV47 Red

Quinta dos Murças VV47 has a very complex, intense and lively aroma, where the most mature red fruits, the characteristic balsamic aromas of the older vines and the notes of spices from the barrel stage stand out. Of great harmony and elegance, dominated by very fine ripe tannins and balanced acidity. It has a very long and persistent finish that, on the whole, allows for a great longevity. Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC), in granite mills with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. In French oak barrels used for about 12 months. Contains Sulfites.

It has a very intense and complex aroma, with a prevalence of white fruits (melon and pear) tropical fruits (apricot and passion fruit) and some mineral notes. Cabeço de Mocho Great Selection is the result of the excellent combination of the Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional varieties, produced and vinified at Quinta das Camélias. Features a deep ruby color with red nuances. The aroma is very complex and delicate, showing mature notes of cherry and black aroma, harmonized with expressions of fresh vanilla and a slight nuance to cloves. In the mouth it is a full and round, well muscled with the presence of educated tannins. Demonstrates finesse, exquisite bouquet and a long persistence. Should be served at 16-18ºC, accompanied with dishes of red meats and strong cheeses. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 28ºC for 8 days. Stage 6 months in French oak and American toast medium. Contains Sulfites.
