Conde Vimioso The Winemaker’s Blend Red
42,49 €
Discover Conde Vimioso The Winemaker's Blend Red, a rare jewel of winemaking, born from the harmonious union between Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira. These grape varieties, carefully selected from Vinha do Convento, represent the heart and soul of this exceptional wine. A limited edition that enchants from the first glance, promising moments of pure pleasure, whether for immediate tasting or to enrich your cellar in the long term.
Grown in pebble soils, the grapes are meticulously harvested by hand from the chosen plots. After harvesting, they are cooled to 5ºC, de-stemmed and gently crushed. A careful pre-fermentation maceration precedes alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature, culminating in a prolonged post-fermentation maceration. Each variety is vinified and matured separately, ensuring the purity and complexity of this blend.
With a deep ruby color, Conde Vimioso The Winemaker's Blend Red exudes an intense aroma, intertwining black and red fruits with notes of wildflowers and a spicy touch. On the palate, it is concentrated, with complex and velvety tannins, balanced by a finely integrated acidity. This wine, with great aging potential, ends with an elegance and persistence that define its character. A true expression of oenological art.

Filipa Pato Nossa Missão Red
167,48 €
Missão, is a small centennial vineyard of 0.57 hectares with pre-phylloxeric vines of over 100 years. Production is limited to only 500 bottles and 30 magnums. It is located on a gentle slope with east orientation, the soil is of limestone origin from the Lower Jurassic era, with reddish clay. The cultivation and harvesting are totally manual and the sorting of the grapes is done in the vineyard itself. A part of the grapes are destemmed, and the percentage of whole grapes depends on the conditions of each harvest. Fermentation takes place slowly for about 3 weeks, with indigenous yeasts, the flow is smooth and long. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine drains by gravity and the masses are pressed. The whole fills only a traditional 500 liter kite where it stays for 18 months in our basement. The "Missão" is a remarkable wine for its pure expression of Berry. While young, the aromas resemble violet and strawberry. After 7-9 years, the aromas become more complex with a lot of energy and concentration. The tannins, although very alive, are soft, lively acidity, long finish, irreverent and elegant. It is a wine with long aging potential. Contains Sulfites.
