Very slight yellowish color, very clear, on the nose it is very enveloping and very appealing. Aromas of white-skinned fruits such as peach and apricot. Its pink color results from the direct pressing of red grapes at a precise point of maturation. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures for three weeks. All wine is aged in stainless steel vats for a period of 5 months. No wood is used during this training period. This wine has a bright and deep pink color. In the mouth, its structure is supported by intense aromas and flavors of red fruits. Its very integrated acidity propels the wine to a delicious finish. Contains sulfites.

Poeira Red

Dust tries to be a balanced and elegant wine. In general the wines of the Douro are supported in the tannin, but the Dust is sustained in the acidity. A very drinkable and appetizing wine when new but at the same time has the capacity to evolve. I want each wine to be the mirror of the vineyards that give it origin, maintaining its profile but following the variations that occur in the vineyard year after year. Contains Sulfites.

Sidecar Red

Sharing moments, ideas and experiences with other winemakers or people related to wine is something that Susana Esteban always liked and encouraged. And for this reason he decided to create the Sidecar brand. Every year the producer and winemaker will challenge a friend to make a wine in his cellar in Mora. They will decide how to interpret the fantastic vineyards of the region and as the project's mentor says, they will be driving the bike! For the second edition of the Sidecar invited two friends, the oenologist Filipa Pato and the sommelier William Wouters. An interesting trio, and that above all, makes sense! It decided to join a field blend of traditional varieties of Serra de São Mamede, a cooler and higher altitude zone of the Alentejo, with a Berry of a century-old vineyard of Bairrada, zone influenced by the Atlantic. The wines fermented and stamped both in amphora.
Contains Sulfites.
