Manual harvest in the morning for 12kg boxes. De-stem and light crushing, followed by thermal shock to 10ºC through a mass exchanger. Vacuum pressing, followed by cold decantation for 48h. Fermentation of each variety individually in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Open salmon color. In the aroma, floral notes and red fruits stand out. The mouth is rich in fresh fruit, balanced acidity and a pleasant finish. Contains sulfites.

Mr. Amílcar chose to ferment this white wine, an Arinto from Quinta de Arcossó, directly in the Vidago region, 450 meters above sea level in Trás-os-Montes (Ribeira de Oura). He adopted a unique approach: 80% of the fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with 'bâtonnage', while the remaining 20% was fermented in French oak barrels. After this process, this delicious Arinto was aged in bottles for 30 months.
Enhance the flavor of this white wine by decanting it for an hour before serving.
Quinta de Arcossó, located in Trás-os-Montes, is a wine project dedicated to artisanal wine production. Manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes with strict selection at the cellar entrance. Fermentation started in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Fermentation in used French oak barrels has ended. Aging for 8 months in used French oak barrels. The austere nose shows notes of citrus aromas and dry straw. Mineral and very elegant, it offers an enormous complexity of aromas, showing itself to be elegant and complex, concentrated and with a firm acidity and tense finish. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta da Pellada Encruzado Late Release White

This Encruzado comes from a plot at 500 meters altitude of granitic soil with lines of clay. After pre-fermentation skin contact and static decantation, fermentation took place in barrels (500/600L) with 5 years of use. The aging was very long (late release) in barrels without battonage or sulfur addition. Direct bottling without filtering or gluing. Contains sulfites.

After harvest, the grapes are collected in the cellar and sent to the cold rooms, where the temperature is controlled up to 10oC for 12 hours. The bunches are then stalked and the grapes broken. Partially fermented in frustoconical stainless steel tanks and French oak vats. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the stage partially runs for 7 months in French oak barrels of the Seguin Moreau brand (medium - fine grain), until bottling. The bottle stage occurs for at least 12 months. Contains Sulfites.
