The grapes were harvested by caste and field, and at the time a rigorous qualitative selection was carried out. After gentle destemming and pressing, the grapes were transported by gravity to small stainless steel vats with temperature control, where they were vinified, caste to caste. The alcoholic fermentation occurred for about 8 days at an average temperature of about 27 ° C. 40% of the wine aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels of 225 liters, with the rest staged in stainless steel vats.
