Manual Harvest. Total stalking. Pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature (22ºC -28ºC) in mills with piegage. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Stage in vats on lees for 6 months. Intense ruby color, aroma of forest fruits, orange peel and white flowers. Powerful palate, good freshness, smooth tannins, good persistence. Contains Sulfites.

The grapes that make up this wine come from old vines planted in schist soil at an average altitude of 350 meters in the region between Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Barca d'Alva, in the Douro Superior. With exposure to the Northeast, we were able to obtain full-bodied red wines with an elegant profile. Hand picking vintage. Fermentation made by grape varieties to improve the rigor in the selection of the final blend that gives rise to this wine. Fermentation takes place in small-capacity stainless steel vats, with a controlled temperature of around 28ºC. Controlled maceration in order to obtain an aromatic and elegant wine. The grapes were partially fermented in concrete vats. After fermentation, the wine remained on fine lees for 4 months, under conditions of micro-oxygenation unique to this type of deposit, which respect and amplify the character of the wine.
