Slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks maintains the distinct and crispy flavors of Riesling. Bright raised scents reminiscent of spring, floral scent, fresh lemon and lemon spring from the glass. The palate is light and fresh, displaying juicy apricot and mandarin flavors with a hint of ginger seasoning. This Private Bin Riesling is an off-dry style exhibiting an excellent sweetness of balanced fruit with acidity similar to the ice cream in the end.

Luis Pato Vinhas Velhas Red
Created with grapes from the Berry variety planted in clay-limestone soil, in vineyards with an average age of 40 years. Vinified in stainless steel vats for 10 days, it was matured in used (650l) pipes for 12 months. It accompanies dishes with game meat as well as other red meat dishes. It will last for more than 15 years.

Soalheiro Nature Pur Terroir White
Biological Wine: The color and scent of Nature is intense and the taste is complex, asking to be discovered with enthusiasm. After all it is a 100% Alvarinho made without addition of sulphites, with complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Based on production concepts that value biodiversity, this Soalheiro is made from grapes of the Alvarinho variety. The bottling, without filtration, causes the wine in the bottle to be subject to deposit, being this deposit essential for the protection of the oxidation, facilitating a stable evolution of this Out-of-the-Box Soil. Alvarinho grapes are harvested manually in the vineyards of Quinta da Soalheiro, where we use production concepts that value biodiversity and the wine-growing ecosystem, promoting environmental sustainability. The color and aroma are intense and despite the absence of added sulfites the aroma and the flavor have minerality and fruit. flavor is complex with soft onset and round due to malolactic complete with striking and intense finish.
Herdade das Servas Sem Barrica Red
The grapes are selected in the table of choice, de-stemmed, followed by cold maceration. The fermentation takes place in presses with temperature control and steps.
Clear wine, deep red, aromas of black fruits, blackberry, plum and cherry, with notes of liquor. Intense, voluminous and structured, with vinous and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.
