Dry and crunchy, the tannins are calcareous and the juicy and sour fruit is repeated on the palate. The finish remains when the tannins dry. Straight, composed and focused. Contains Sulfites.

In the early years, the fruit of the Sauvignon grape dominates with a discreet touch of terroir and small notes of wood at the end. Over time, the sensations become more homogeneous, the more expressive terroir and the evolved Sauvignon shows us its complex (and, unfortunately, very rare) aromatic palate.
