Michter´s US1 Straight Bourbon
Carefully selected, it features the highest quality American corn. It is then matured to the peak of perfection. Each batch of US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is pooled in a holding tank sized to fit a maximum of twenty full kegs, leaving no room for “matching” imperfection and therefore demanding excellence from every barrel. Reflecting the spirit of the Bluegrass State, Michter's US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is nuanced, smooth and earthy. Aged in new fire-charred American white oak barrels. Rich caramel notes with balanced vanilla, stone fruit notes, smoky depth, with an oak finish. Michter's US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is also available with custom Fort Nelson Select labeling from Michter's Fort Nelson Distillery.
Akashi Sherry Cask 5 Years Old
Akashi Sherry Cask 5 Year Old is a 5 year old single malt from the little known White Oak, based in Hyogo (west of Kobe). It has been aged in a Sherry cask for 5 years, resulting in generous helpings of lip-smacking Sherried sweetness. Gentle red fruit aromas (think raisins, cherries and some cheeky raspberries), followed by a hint of smoky spice. Molasses, plum, aromatic black tea, earthy oak and blackcurrant. Finish with spices, chocolate and a touch of marmalade.

With spirit selected by our Quarter Cask master distiller, our PX Cask and Triple Wood (Oloroso sherry) and a final 10-year addition, it represents a subtle blend of peat, oak and sweetness.
Bottled in natural colors, the result is exquisite Laphroaig with our commercial brand 'peat bog', combined with an additional layer of complexity and depth brought about by the fusion of maturation styles and different oak trees.
