Guyot Tinto comes from a single plot with more than 100 years in a field blend, with more than 60 varieties, at 450m altitude. In schist soils, this wine aims to express the essence of the Douro and its former viticulturists, thus believing that this form of conception is one that allows one to feel the true expression and interpretation of the terroir. Montes Ermos Reserva Red
Deep violet red color. It reveals ripe red fruit, plum and cassis in harmony with spicy notes of cloves from the breeds used. The stage in wood gives you sweet notes of vanilla and coffee. Quinta do Vallado Magnum Red
About 80% of the grapes come from vines planted in the 1990s and 20% from old vines aged between 60 and 100 years. The grapes were vinified in stainless steel vats of 5 and 10 tons of capacity, fully destemmed. The must fermented for about a week at 23º - 25º C, with programmed automatic pumping over. About 90% of the wine was aged for 8 months in stainless steel vats and the remainder in 3rd and 4th year French oak barrels of 225 lt. Concentrated aroma, highlighting the ripe red fruits, rock rose and violet. Good structure, fleshy with round tannins. Persistent ending. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Portal Moscatel Galego White
Manual harvest and then transported in boxes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. The wine remains during the aging in stainless steel vats with its fine lees, in order to guarantee some complexity and natural longevity of the wine. This delicious wine reveals an attractive floral and fruity exuberance, with fresh and citrus aromas, reminiscent of orange blossom, orange peel and rose. In the mouth, it shows strong minerality and the same exuberance that we find in the nose, in a lively, elegant and fresh style. It is the ideal partner for sushi, seafood and salads. Contains Sulfites.
Monte Cantado Red
This wine presents the nature of Alentejo, where tranquility and grandeur come together to the sound of the songs of companions who come together in the beautiful landscapes of the Alentejo estates. Wine of crystalline appearance, garnet color, aroma of black and red fruit with discrete notes of spices, soft and medium bodied in the mouth.
Barbeito Verdelho Reserva White
Grapes carefully selected and transported in 20kg boxes. Vinification with minimalist intervention, where a cold maceration of whole grapes was carried out for 48 hours, followed by a soft pressing, fermented at a controlled temperature of 10ºC to 15ºC. 922 units were bottled, aging for 5 months in the bottle before its launch. The wine aged for 1 year in used French and Hungarian oak barrels and then 6 months in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. citrus color. Exuberance in a fresh and elegant nose, where white and yellow fruit emerges, combined with a smooth, well-integrated toast. Creamy palate with good depth supported by the fine and firm acidity that accompanies the tasting from start to finish. Contains sulfites.
