Don Papa Baroko is made from dark rum that is aged for several years in American oak barrels on the slopes of Mount Kanlaon before being blended to a rich, smooth finish. The resulting blend showcases the original spirit of Don Papa.

Diplomático Ambassador is an excellent rum made from the best rum of the distillery and aged in white oak barrels for a minimum of twelve years and until the ideal maturity is reached. Then the runs end for another two years in barrels of sherry. Pedro Ximénez, contributing to the complex sensorial profile of this rum. The diplomatic ambassador is bottled directly from the barrel to preserve the full expression of its organoleptic properties. It has a bright dark amber color. Well-balanced combination of aromas, including port wine, box of cigars, dried fruits and chocolate. In the mouth it is complex with notes of raisins, nutmeg, cinnamon and toasted oak, which result in a long and pleasant residual flavor worthy of this exceptional product.

It ages for the first time in this tropical climate in bourbon barrels, the rum is sailed to the southwest of France for a second maturation in French oak barrels. This double aging method combined with Fijian know-how creates a rum with warm notes of exotic fruits and raisins.
