Bickens London Dry
Bickens is the result of mixing two different distillates, both originating from the Langley distillery and made with the same ten botanicals, but their recipes are different. In addition, each recipe is distilled in two different stills: Angela, a traditional copper still over 100 years old, and Jenny, a more modern one. Gin Bickens is particularly dry and rich in citrus and juniper notes, the way a classic London Dry should be.

Ventozelo Craft Dry com copo
The blend of selected botanical species was macerated in wine alcohol, to which wine spirit was added, both from the distillation of wines at Quinta de Ventozelo. To the characteristic aromas of the forest, the vegetable garden and the orchard, joins the vinous aroma of the wine spirit that composes this Gin, which runs through the entire tasting, giving it smoothness and persistence. An excellent marriage of the fresh and citrus notes of lemon peel, mint, coriander leaves and lemon thyme, with the aromas of the woods, juniper, lavender, beautiful light thyme and perpetual purple. In order to maintain the purity of its aromas, this gin should be served with unflavored tonic water, ice and three juniper berries. At the end, the glass can be decorated with a grape or an olive.

Inspired by Charles Tanqueray's original recipes and the maturing of the oranges grown in the sun-bathed Seville trees, the result is a perfect balance between the bittersweet flavor of Sevillian oranges and the complexity of a London dry gin. Perfect served with premium tonic water and a slice of orange.
