A production of 2500 bottles, Geraldine Rosé is a monocasta from Touriga Nacional. Aged for 18 months on fine lees. In the mouth, it is thin and sophisticated, with notes of red fruits and raspberry. With a persistent thin bubble and salmon tone, it is dense, structured, with balanced and social acidity. Contains sulfites.

Quinta do Cerrado welcomes the arrival of its first rosé, celebrating the happy emergence of a new family generation. The open spout of Alfrocheiro and Touriga-Nacional originated intense aromas of apricot and raspberry, with notes of mint and vanilla contributes of French oak barrels. The mouth has the creaminess and the fresh stretchiness and lavante so grateful in any table of fish and seafood or of Japanese, Chinese, Indian and Italian delicacies. Contains sulfites.

Total destemming, smooth pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second bottle fermentation according to the traditional method. Aged for 36 months in the bottle. Light salmon color. Fresh fruity aroma with strawberry and currant in evidence. On the palate the blister is thin and abundant. Fresh and delicate flavors in a creamy and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Vineyards located at the foot of the Serra do Marão, with a strong maritime influence, the Alvarinho and Loureiro grapes were gently pressed. The must was fermented in French oak barrels and the wine was then aged there for 1 year. The elaboration, following the classic method, took place in our cellar at controlled temperature, followed by a one-year aging in bottle. Degorgement and 2 months of final stage in bottle were carried out. This sparkling wine has a bright yellow citrus color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with light notes of brioche and dried fruits involved by the high salinity and minerality of the region. Good volume in the mouth, light toasted, complex and crunchy acidity resulting in a persistent and long finish. Contains sulfites.
