Aged for 9 months on the lees after a double fermentation in the bottle, Brut d’Argent Ice offers a wealth of distinctive flavors. A pale lemon demi sec sparkling wine with a green hue, a fruity and exotic nose, a fresh and elegant palate. Perfect as an aperitif and with desserts. Contains sulfites.

The Sparkling Spring Baga Bairrada Extra Brut is a blanc de noirs, a base tete cuvée, with a clear and bright appearance. It has a pearl color, intense and creamy foam, with a fine and persistent bubble. Delicate on the nose, exhaling floral and wild fruit aromas. In the mouth it presents a creamy and enveloping mousse, with good body, good acidity, freshness and elegance. Fresh and persistent finish.

Harvest the last week of August. Balanced maturation, with 3-pass harvest. Fermentation at controlled temperature 14ºC. Grapes transported in perforated boxes of 15 kg. Dehydrated grapes followed by skin maceration. Pressing and fermentation in stainless steel. Stage on lees about 4 years. Dégorgement without added sugar - Brut Nature. With Baga and Touriga, it has a beautiful color of onion peel and a very fine, expressive but at the same time delicate aroma, with wild berries. The aromatic delicacy contrasts with the explosive mouth, resulting in a sparkling full of luster and flavor. Contains sulfites.
Drappier Brut Rose
A rosé exclusively from Pinot Noir, which gives it character, intensity and aromas. With a very evocative aroma of strawberry and raspberry, with a floral note of rose petals, its palate is reminiscent of red fruits and is enhanced by notes of citrus and a small, very refined touch of white pepper. Contains sulfites.
