Água Viva Bruto White
Vinified according to the traditional method, the second fermentation took place in a bottle with free yeast, and aged on fine lees, in the Quinta de Baixo cellar, for 36 months. Open citrus color, shows a fine and persistent blister. Fresh and complex aroma, with citrus notes expressing the Bairrada terroir. Fresh in the mouth, with a strong acidity and a long finish. A very gastronomic sparkling wine! Contains sulfites.
