On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, broad and fleshy, with a spicy but ripe fruit core, well-integrated acids and a punctual mousse, concluding with an attractive and spicy finish. 2012 reflects the concentration of the crop and Moët’s drive for ripe fruits, and is already quite affordable. Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut expresses the quality and diversity of the House's wine tradition. A balance between the consistency of the Perrier-Jouët style and the climate effects of the year.
