It is Murganheira's new top sparkling wine, which seeks to symbolize the whole philosophy of the house and is only sold in the company's store. Made from an assemblage of Pinot (Noir, Blanc and Meunier) it reveals impressive depth and aromatic complexity, with biscuits, brioche, citrus, spices, intertwined in a set of great refinement. The fruit has remarkable quality, the fine bubble crumbles in the creamy mouth, the wine shines brightly in freshness, sophistication, class. Only 1,000 magnum bottles of this precious were tasted. Quinta da Calçada Reserva Bruto Imperial White
Vineyards located at the foot of the Serra do Marão, with a strong maritime influence, the Alvarinho and Loureiro grapes were gently pressed. The must was fermented in French oak barrels and the wine was then aged there for 1 year. The elaboration, following the classic method, took place in our cellar at controlled temperature, followed by a one-year aging in bottle. Degorgement and 2 months of final stage in bottle were carried out. This sparkling wine has a bright yellow citrus color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with light notes of brioche and dried fruits involved by the high salinity and minerality of the region. Good volume in the mouth, light toasted, complex and crunchy acidity resulting in a persistent and long finish. Contains sulfites.
Cartuxa Reserva Bruto White
Base wine produced from rigorously selected grapes harvested in the ideal maturation stage for production of a sparkling wine. Fermentation at controlled temperature, carried out in French oak barrels. Stage sore fine rubs for 6 months with periodic batonnage. Second fermentation in bottle by the classic method, followed by stage on sludge and intermediate batonnages during 5 years, in the cellars of the Cartuxa Monastery. Contains sulfites.
Murganheira Touriga Nacional Bruto White
Com aquela que é por muitos considerada a mais importante casta portuguesa, a Touriga Nacional, observando uma meticulosa selecção das melhores uvas desta colheita, cuidadosamente vinificadas com recurso às mais modernas tecnologias, produzimos esta cuvée obtendo assim um blanc de noirs com uma estrutura impar. Eric Rodez Blanc de Blancs White
Champagne made only from Chardonnay. 70% of the wines are vinified in small oak barrels and 40% did not undergo malolactic fermentation. Champagne with a light golden mantle. The nose is expressive with fruity accents and brioche. Peach notes and some citrus notes. In the mouth it is stout, long and with a beautiful fineness. Contains sulfites.
Billecart- Salmon Blanc de Blancs White
The fine mousse of delicate bubbles elegantly accompanies the reflections of its golden color. The creamy sensation of the bubbles is combined with buttered brioche and mineral aromas. It presents a persistent finish with a fresh and elegant sweetness. Pure intensity aromas of dried fruits, almonds and fresh hazelnuts mixed with those of white pulp fruits. Contains sulfites.
