Graham’s Blend nº12 Ruby

Created predominantly from the famous Touriga Nacional variety, the wine is specifically intended for bars and non-traditional Port wine consumers. Blend Nº12 owes its name to the fact that the grapes used in its production – planted at higher levels – are harvested by hand in the middle of the night to guarantee maximum freshness. After harvesting, these grapes are fermented cold, in order to preserve their primary aromas and intensity. Unlike most Ruby Ports, Blend Nº12 has not aged in oak, being bottled young to maximize concentration and flavour. Contains sulfites.

100% destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Stage for 132 months in Tonéis de Carvalho, 36 months in French oak casks and 3 months in bottle. The mouth is silky, enveloping, greedy, with round but firm tannins, in a profile of elegance in which stands out the strength of the fruit and the spicy notes. A contemporary vintage, domesticated and ready to drink, but that will not stop growing in bottles in the coming decades. Contains sulfites.
Poças Brig’s Dry White
Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Fermentation at controlled temperature with slight maceration, interrupted by the addition of brandy. Aging in stainless steel vats. Straw yellow color, floral aroma, citrus, with tropical nuances. Fresh, smooth and persistent palate. Light and fresh dry white Port. Excellent delicious and refreshing aperitif, ideal for hot days. Contains sulfites.
Poças Quinado Tawny
Produced with the best grapes coming from the two properties of the company, in the Douro Superior and Ervedosa do Douro, this is an intense wine with cherries, chocolate and a touch of tobacco. Rich, complex and balanced, with ripe tannins and a long finish. Accompany well all types of meats and game, as well as a wide variety of cheeses. Contains sulfites.
