Rum

Rum Barceló Imperial was distilled from fermented molasses and represents a mixture of rums aged up to 6 years, aged in used barrels of whiskey and bourbon. Bottled at 38% by volume, it has a buttery toffee aroma, with notes of nuts and delicate floral and copper color. Medium to full-bodied palate with sweet notes of caramel, dried apples, pear and spices. Notes of tobacco and pepper leaves stand out. Finish with delicate texture and rich flavor, robust and elegant.

Part of the 15-year-old Finish collection of Abuelo Rum was completed in oloroso-sherry barrels. This resulted in notes of citrus fruits, roasted almonds and smoked wood.

Produced in Guatemala, Rum Zacapa is a blend of distilled runs, aged between 6 and 25 years, in the Solera system, which consists of barrels that previously contained bourbon, delicate shavings, fine wines Pedro Ximenez and Cognac. It features a perfectly balanced combination of sweetness, spices and fruits, being a delight for a "connoisseur" and the ultimate expression of Master Blender art. It shows a light brownish color with greenish highlights. A very open nose, with a wealth of aromas evolving in a great balance of notes of roasted oak, burnt caramel, walnuts, marzipan and orange peel, with a delicate floral note. On the palate it has a wonderfully complete and satisfying balance of sweetness, fruit and spice; long, smooth and sweet, with a bouquet of flavors of dark chocolate, cherry, dried fruit (sultanas), oak, cloves, vanilla and cinnamon.

Envelhecido durante 9 meses em cascos de carvalho francês. Excellent para cocktails. However, it does not mean that you are not a member of the group, but that you have a good idea. Boca é suave on boca, com notas a madeira.
