Refugees by Ljubomir Stanisic
Refugees Rum is the result of a blend signed by Ljubomir Stanisic, aged for two years, in French oak barrels where he once aged Douro wine; in other scotch whiskey and subsequently sour cherry. Made from sugarcane originating in Syria (certification of origin) - which migrated along the Mediterranean Sea to southern Spain, where it was distilled, and finally arrived in Portugal - this is a rum of marked taste. Saint James Vintage 2001
Clear and bright with dark mahogany highlights. The nose is marked by intense aromas against a warm background. Notes of roasted coffee and chocolate on a woody base, on a background of fruity notes, spices of dried fruits and nutmeg. Broad and rich flavor on the palate. Stone fruits come with strong, rounded notes of roasted coffee.
Depaz Vintage 2002
Depaz Vintage 2002 is aged for a minimum of 11 years in selected small oak barrels. The result is a unique palate full of aromas. Mature rum with a complex richness of aromas. Delicately spicy notes on the nose. A blend of spices, roasted dried fruit, vanilla coffee, vanilla pastry, chocolate, rich cocoa and rose and violet jam. A very fine aged rum that develops bold and balanced aromas.
Depaz Single Cask 2003
Made from the 2003 harvest, this rum is aged in oak barrels for at least 11 years. Each bottle comes from a single barrel selected by the Cellar Master. A rich rum with delicate and charming aromas. Delicate oak notes well balanced with hints of chocolate, spices, toasted dried fruits, coffee and vanilla. Aroma of chocolate, rich cocoa, rose jelly and old port. Delicate aromas of jasmine, narcissus and black tea, as well as delicate and elegant touches of sandalwood.
Depaz Port Cask Finish
Depaz Port Cask Finish is matured for at least 8 years in specially selected small oak barrels. It is then finished for 11 months in Port wine casks that give it rich aromas of fig and cooked fruit. Delicately structured oak notes with vanilla, chocolate and ripe fruits. Soft oak flavor, followed by vanilla and chocolate pastry. Notes of mature Port develop, velvety with hazelnut, dried fruits, cocoa and rose jam. The finish reveals lingering notes of subtle jasmine, coffee and plum.

Plantation Single Cask Trinidad 2009
It was distilled in 2009 and aged for 11 years in bourbon barrels in the tropics and for 1 year in cognac barrels in France. This limited edition of 24 barrels was bottled in 2021 with 51.8% Tropical fruit aroma with mainly pineapple and mango aromas. Taste of tropical fruits, stone fruits and some honey with oak spices, vanilla, candied almonds and a touch of lemon. Medium long finish with tropical fruits, vanilla and oak spices.

Planas is an extraordinary blend of rum from Pot Still, Column and Batch Kettle. Aged up to 6 years, it is elegant, rich and surprisingly intense for a white rum. The complex carbon filtration process performed prior to bottling gives this rum a crystalline appearance and a smooth finish. Transparent and clear color, with fresh and tropical aromas such as ground coffee and coconut. Slightly fruity with creamy flavors. Rum barbet produced from sugar cane molasses and aged in American white oak barrels, which previously served to age bourbon and whiskey for 4 years. It has a golden color, reveals aromas of tropical fruits and notes of roasted oak, providing a distinct and balanced bouquet. It is slightly dry in the mouth, with delicate wood and fresh citrus flavors that combine for a pleasant and long-lasting finish.

Plantation Pineapple
A tribute to the character created by Charles Dickens in Pickwick Papers, the reverend Stiggins, whose favorite drink was "pineapple rum". Victoria pineapple peels are infused into the Plantation 3 Stars rum, which is then distilled. Separately, the pineapple fruit is infused into the Plantation Original Dark rum. The infusion of spirits and fruit is finally combined, creating a rich and delicious bouquet of pineapple, accentuated by notes of smoke and cloves.

Plantation Single Cask Panamá 12 Anos
It has fruity notes of roasted pear, honey, orange, almond and pineapple. In short, a very fruity and spicy cake. Dry and full palate, follows the nose with a more spicy profile, initially with cloves, pepper and oak. After that, it evolves with caramel, apricot, licorice and vanilla. Very long and almost salty finish, with notes of fresh herbs, also orange peel and hazelnut.
