Rum Barceló Imperial was distilled from fermented molasses and represents a mixture of rums aged up to 6 years, aged in used barrels of whiskey and bourbon. Bottled at 38% by volume, it has a buttery toffee aroma, with notes of nuts and delicate floral and copper color. Medium to full-bodied palate with sweet notes of caramel, dried apples, pear and spices. Notes of tobacco and pepper leaves stand out. Finish with delicate texture and rich flavor, robust and elegant.

It is a high complexity aromatic rum with memories of candied fruits, raisins, vanilla, coconut, chocolate, caramel and spices like pepper and cinnamon. Produced in Guatemala, Rum Zacapa is a blend of distilled runs, aged between 6 and 25 years, in the Solera system, which consists of barrels that previously contained bourbon, delicate shavings, fine wines Pedro Ximenez and Cognac. It features a perfectly balanced combination of sweetness, spices and fruits, being a delight for a "connoisseur" and the ultimate expression of Master Blender art. It shows a light brownish color with greenish highlights. A very open nose, with a wealth of aromas evolving in a great balance of notes of roasted oak, burnt caramel, walnuts, marzipan and orange peel, with a delicate floral note. On the palate it has a wonderfully complete and satisfying balance of sweetness, fruit and spice; long, smooth and sweet, with a bouquet of flavors of dark chocolate, cherry, dried fruit (sultanas), oak, cloves, vanilla and cinnamon.

With a blend of Plantation's oldest reserves, this rum is something else. The selected Runs aged and from the Caribbean are later meticulously mixed by the master distiller at the Château de Bonbonnet. Then it is matured in small French oak barrels for another 12 to 18 months. The double aging gives the rum an incomparably round and creamy taste. With the color of old mahogany, the Plantation XO reveals a nose with exotic notes of vanilla, oak and roasted coconut, enhanced by more complex cocoa, orange candied aromas and cigar box aromas.
