Aged for at least 4-6 years, Haton Blanc de Blancs reveals a pale golden color with a wide, continuous bead of fine bubbles. Floral and refined, this Champagne brings to you aromas of rose and acacia flower. With aeration, citrus fruits (mandarin orange), cinnamon, some notes of dried flowers, roasted coffee and a touch of toast illustrate the perfect maturity of the wine. Contains sulfites.
Haton Réserve Brut White
Haton Réserve is a champagne with a well-balanced blend of three grape varieties (Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay). It is a cuvée that reflects all the knowledge of the Maison de Jean-Noël Haton. Aged for at least 3 years, Haton Réserve opens with a straw yellow color with a beautiful shine and fine, abundant bubbles. The aromas of this Champagne envelop you in delicate fragrances of white peaches, citrus fruits and orange blossom, followed by notes of hazelnuts and sweet spices. Full-bodied and generous on the palate, with an excellent aftertaste of fresh fruit. A complex Champagne that offers an aftertaste of great persistence. Contains sulfites.

Probly introduced with "Malvasia" and other Greek castes the "Verdelho" is morphologically a distinct caste. From the brand "Terras do Demo", exclusively elaborated from this variety, this sparkling wine is also distinctive in floral and fruity, in the delicacy of its structure and complexity. Freixenet Prosecco Extra Dry White
Freixenet Prosecco is unique and delicious. The whole grape is lightly pressed and the must therefore begins a process of slow cold fermentation. In this way, they better preserve the delicate aromas and freshness of the grape. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The result, after a few weeks, is a fruity, fresh and seductive sparkling wine with natural sugars. It presents a straw yellow color with vivid effervescence and fresh aromas of citrus fruits, apples and flowers. In the mouth it is clean and fresh with ripe lemon, green apple and grapefruit. Quinta do Poço do Lobo Baga Pinot Noir Rose
After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, the must was fermented for 15 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. This was followed by extraction with free yeasts, with re-fermentation taking place in a cellar for 25 days at 14 ºC, followed by a 60-month aging period in bottle on lees. Pink color defined with hints of onion skin, aromas of acidic red fruits, buttery notes, evident toasted notes and beeswax, among other aromatic notes of a rich and complex palette. It has great gustatory complexity, very fresh attack, and excellent texture. The mousse is creamy and has good gustatory persistence. Contains sulfites.
Luiz Costa Bruto White
After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, harvested between mid-August and the first days of September, the must fermented for 16 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. The referral was carried out in a basement for 26 days at 15 ºC, followed by a 20-month bottle-aging period. Straw yellow color, aroma of citrus peel, dried flowers, light toast, butter cookie, and beeswax, among other aromatic notes of rich and complex palette. It has very fresh attack, and excellent texture. The mousse is creamy and has good taste persistence. Contains sulfites.
Messias Blanc de Blancs White
The unique characteristics in the grapes of the Chardonnay grape variety led to the inevitability of the production of this sparkling wine Blanc de Blancs of yellow color and medium intensity, fine bubble and persistent cord. Pale gray pink color. Predominantly mineral aroma, with strong nuances of red fruit and bread notes. This sparkling wine with a fine bubble and sparse sparkling, shows a delicate mousse with a mild stimulus, reminiscent of cherries, strawberries and biscuits. Marquês de Marialva Baga Bruto Red
Total destemming, prolonged and smooth skin maceration with fermentation at 24 ºC. Foaming by the classical method. Minimum of 9 months in basement and 1 month after degorgement. Intense garnet ruby color with hints of violet tones. Mixed aroma of fresh red fruits and dark petal flowers. In the mouth it is fruity, enveloping body, elegant, harmonious finish. Contains sulfites.
Freixenet Elyssia Gran Cuvée Brut White
Straw yellow color, greenish tint. Fine bubbles, a permanent rosary and a small crown. Pleasant aromas of acacia flowers and honey on an elegant background of ripe fruits (pineapple and peach). Smooth entry and honey, aromas of ripe fruits combined with a pleasant acidity. Long and harmonious finish. Contains sulfites.
