Aged for at least 6 years, Haton Extra Intense Grand Cru has a golden yellow color with a beautiful shine and abundant mousse when served. The effervescence of this Champagne forms a delicate and persistent chain of fine bubbles. On the nose, it is elegant and fine, with notes of fresh fruit (blackcurrant, peach and apricot) and citrus fruits (grapefruit and orange). Complexity is added by spices and a touch of dried flowers. With a fresh and generous palate, it offers a lively and elegant finish, suggesting a subtle dosage that does not disturb the natural balance of the wine.

Nyetimber Classic Cuvée
Wine of structure and complexity through the precise process of 'assemblage' or blending. The classic cuvée is produced by the traditional method - a sparkling winemaking process characterized by the use of secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged in the bottle for at least three years before release. Lovely pale gold and gentle, fine bubbles, toasty, spicy and complex aromas showing wonderful development after more than three years on lees in our cellar. The palate supports these complex, very fine and elegant aromas with a great combination of intensity, delicacy and persistence.
Louis Roederer Cristal Brut 2013 Rose
A delicate and intense wine that reveals a precise and pure combination of sugary flowers, cocoa, toasted hazelnuts and candied citrus fruits. The texture is infinitely silky, concentrated and tasty, with an explosion of ripe fruit, red fruit, white chocolate, caramel. It is a powerful and elegant wine, with a crescendo of sensations that reach a true harmony of flavors and perfect integration. The finish is fresh, with a good bitterness that almost gives the wine "freshness".
Laurent-Perrier Brut Millésimé
It is a rare and striking wine that expresses the character of the year in the Laurent-Perrier style. White gold color with a fine shine. Flowery nose of great complexity, with notes of citrus and white peaches. A very present wine with a lively attack and great finesse with good minerality and grapefruit notes on the finish. Best served between 9°C and 11°C.

Each Grand Vintage is unique, expressing Moët & Chandon's Cellar Master's personal interpretation of the year. Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2015 evokes an awakening, the first rays of a day full of promise – a luminous morning aura. The 76th vintage in the Maison's history, it is an initiation into Moët & Chandon's journey of light. The initial notes of breadcrumbs, fresh brioche and almond paste give way to elderflower and jasmine, then to fruits such as white peach and watermelon. Early morning garrigue notes complete the set.

The 242 cuvée collection represents the house's 242nd blend since its inception. It is made from 34% Perpétuelle reserve, 10% oak-aged reserve wines from the 2009, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 harvests. Chardonnays and Pinots Noirs and Meuniers from the Marne Valley. Aged for between 3 and 4 years in our cellars, Collection is a deep and nuanced cuvée, to be enjoyed now or after a few years of ageing, thanks to the new complexity and uniqueness typical of each batch. The collection opens with notes of white fruit, citrus peel and acacia blossom, followed, after aeration, by a light touch of roasted hazelnut, a trademark of Chardonnay. The thin and very pure weave ends with a very pleasant salty note. Freshness, precision, refinement: this is the Collection, a champagne of total evidence, which reveals complex and precise flavors throughout the tasting .

Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle nº25 White Bright in character with a white gold color. An intense nose of fresh citrus, followed by subtle aromas of grilled almonds and brioche. The wine has a fresh and toasty attack. The finish is persistent with notes of citrus fruits. The Grand Siècle Nº25 iteration has exceptional aromatic depth. Best served between 10° and 12°C.
