Buçaco White
The Buçaco were, and still are, always vinified in the same way and with the same methods of old. The fact that the grapes originate in the regions of Dão and Bairrada guarantees a great wine, which develops in a noble bottle. These wines ferment and stagnate in French oak barrels for 12 months. ROCCA DELLE MACÌE Chianti Riserva DOCG Red
Manual harvest at the optimal point of maturation, with accurate selection of bunches. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. After the end of the process, the wine is transferred to large French oak vats for maturation. Aging for 3 months in bottle before going on sale.Garnet color with tiled hints, indicating evolution, but we also know that the color of Sangiovese evolves very quickly. Aroma with complexity from the aging in barrel and bottle, showing however that the wine is still very young and has several years of life ahead of it. Ripe cherry, autumn forest, some leather, dried thyme. Solid and confident in the mouth, with good body, very accurate acidity, lively tannins, but not harsh. Sensation of something spicy and salty rather than sweet, what the English call “savoury”. Long aftertaste, an excellent partner at the table. Contains sulfites.
Biaia Biológico Vegan Red
Fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, picked by hand into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subjected to a careful manual selection, destemming and gentle crushing. Fermentation by grape variety, in stainless steel and half of the blend ages in used French oak barrels for 8 months. A organic wine rich in fresh aromas of red fruit and vegetable notes of resin, pine and rockrose, with a rich and dense flavor with freshness and sweet tannins.
Quinta da Biaia 750 Red

In tasting, its acidity perfectly matches its volume and delicate tannins.
Prazo de Roriz Red
Hand picked grapes, selected on a choice of carpet, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, where maceration (manual reassembly) allows to extract all that good grapes can give. Characterized by red fruits, raspberry and cherry, the terroir of Roriz also inscribes a mineral touch and appealing spice notes. Ideal for new consumption. It has the potential to work in bottle for a few years.

In each harvest, it is Nature's last decision because it is his stimuli that prevail. That is why the choice of the plot that gives rise to this wine varies from year to year. In the 2016 harvest, the best grapes from the “Porto” stand were selected, due to their exposure and availability of water in the soil, which helped the maturation to be long and regular, creating a good balance in the fruit, between acidity, color and tannins.
It is a very potent version of Touriga-Nacional where a good but discreet barrel is combined with a concentrated wine without being too extracted. Contains sulfites.
Cabeça de Toiro Grande Reserva White
Total destemming, cold skin maceration, gentle pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C. Straw color with hints of citrus. Fresh and intense aroma of tropical fruits such as mango and passion fruit. Taste of high acidity well integrated by the greasiness, notes of coconut and vanilla. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Boição Reserva Red
Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28 ° C. Aging for 9 months in French oak barrels. Intense garnet color, predominant aroma of very ripe red fruits, fruits of the forest and nuances of spices and toast. In the mouth, it is fruity, soft, well structured and harmonious finish.
Três Bagos Reserva Red
Fermentation in stainless steel. Staged 50% of the lot in stainless steel; 25% in new French oak barrels and 25% in second-year French oak barrels for 11 months. Vivid red color, almost opaque. The nose is rich, fresh and quite complex, where the fruity character of well-ripe grapes predominates. The discreet and well integrated wood in the wine, contributes to its complexity and aromatic enrichment. In the mouth it is intense, full of aromatic notes to very ripe red fruits, with balanced acidity and soft but present tannins. It is a very well structured wine, quite tasty, that presents a smooth and very nice finish. Contains Sulfites.
Séries Malvasia Preta Red
Malvasia Preta is one of the oldest varieties in the Douro, being present among the Vinhas Velhas of the region, although it was never produced as a single variety. With a distinct profile, it is combined with varieties such as Rufete, Tinta Francisca and Bastardo, which present more exotic and elegant wine profiles, living on intensity and acidity, as opposed to the structured and potent profile that the Douro usually presents us with. The curiosity that leads us to experiment with Malvasia Preta, essentially arises from the fact that it is an original variety from the Douro, being present in the region and resisting the harsh conditions of the terroir. Bota Velha Field Blend Reserva White
Alcoholic fermentation conducted at 18ºC, weekly “batonnage” on total lees. In the final batch we added 25% of fermented wine in 500 liter barrels. Very intense and complex aroma, white-fleshed fruit, floral, mineral, citrus. In the mouth it shows amplitude, vibrant acidity very well integrated. Very long and persistent finish. The aroma is very fresh and intense, with black and wild fruit aromas standing out, with strong floral and fresh notes, so characteristic of Touriga Nacional. Manual vinification, pressing very slowly to respect the fruit. Aging in stainless steel for 7-8 months. Throughout the aging process, decisions are made only after careful evaluation of taste. The data obtained are supplemented by technical analysis. As with all other Joseph Drouhin wines, the absolute priority is given to the true expression of terroir and character of the vintage. A dry and lively wine, typical of Chablis. Bright yellow-green color with green reflections. In the nose, complex aromas and minerals resemble lemon and white flower along with vegetable notes such as asparagus or artichokes and marine notes. Dom Martinho White
The grape varieties were vinified separately. After a very gentle pressing of the grapes, the must undergoes a cold static decanting and a 7-day “SURLIES” stage, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, fermenting at low temperatures. The Wardrobe gives floral and citrus and Arinto brings acidity and freshness to the set. This wine is very expressive in the vanilla aromas, it has an evident and elegant freshness. Missão, is a small centennial vineyard of 0.57 hectares with pre-phylloxeric vines of over 100 years. Production is limited to only 500 bottles and 30 magnums. It is located on a gentle slope with east orientation, the soil is of limestone origin from the Lower Jurassic era, with reddish clay. The cultivation and harvesting are totally manual and the sorting of the grapes is done in the vineyard itself. A part of the grapes are destemmed, and the percentage of whole grapes depends on the conditions of each harvest. Fermentation takes place slowly for about 3 weeks, with indigenous yeasts, the flow is smooth and long. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine drains by gravity and the masses are pressed. The whole fills only a traditional 500 liter kite where it stays for 18 months in our basement. The "Missão" is a remarkable wine for its pure expression of Berry. While young, the aromas resemble violet and strawberry. After 7-9 years, the aromas become more complex with a lot of energy and concentration. The tannins, although very alive, are soft, lively acidity, long finish, irreverent and elegant. It is a wine with long aging potential. Contains Sulfites.
