Only 1190 bottles of wine made from a special portion of Touriga Nacional. Very elegant and delicate, without exuberance, a very light floral giving fineness to the still closed aroma, where also comes some dried vegetable, black plum, blueberries. Very deep and solid mouth, with a mineral background brought by balanced acidity. It is a very high level red, somewhat austere, with solid but polished tannin, spice nuances, in a tone of great delicacy and at the same time firmness and sophistication. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta da Romaneira Rose
Its pink color results from the direct pressing of red grapes at a precise point of maturation. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures for three weeks. All wine is aged in stainless steel vats for a period of 5 months. No wood is used during this training period. This wine has a bright and deep pink color. In the mouth, its structure is supported by intense aromas and flavors of red fruits. Its very integrated acidity propels the wine to a delicious finish. Contains sulfites.

As we take the wine to the mouth, we have a pleasant surprise, for the apparent fragility that the color raises is denied by a powerful structure, good acidity and a long and complex end. Quinta de São José Touriga Nacional Red
Grapes harvested by hand, for boxes of 25 kg, at their ideal point of maturation; intended to have a vigorous maturation, leading to higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats and wine presses, thus allowing the quality constituents present in the films of very ripe grapes to pass smoothly into the wine. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in used 300 liter French oak barrels for approximately 12 months. Purple and very deep color, very complex and distinct aromas where the fruity and floral character predominates, characteristic of the grape variety, with notes of spicy notes coming from the wood. In the mouth it shows fruit, complexity, great balance and harmony with high level tannins that give it a long finish. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta da Pedra Escrita Magnum Red
Organic Wine, 100% manual vintage, for small perforated boxes. Choice table reception. Stalk and crush. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation for 3 weeks with temperature control. It aged for 15 months in new 300 L French oak barrels. Intense and very fresh aroma, showing well the cool summer nights at altitude in the Douro Superior, marked by violets, black and red fruits very characteristic of the grapes that gave rise to it, in balance with very subtle notes of French barrel. In the mouth, freshness, acidity and live tannins denote the soil and climate and provide longevity, then all the notes of aroma are felt in an elegant and long set.

Intense ruby red color, on the nose it presents an enormous aromatic intensity of red fruits and black berries with notes of menthol. Arribas do Douro Superior Red
The grapes that make up this wine come from old vines planted in schist soil at an average altitude of 350 to 400 meters in the region between Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Barca d'Alva, in the Douro Superior. The grapes that give rise to this wine come from old vines with exposure to the Northeast and East. Hand picking vintage. Fermentation made by grape varieties and with separation at origin to improve the rigor in the selection of the final blend that gives rise to this wine. Fermentation takes place in small-capacity stainless steel vats, with a controlled temperature of around 28ºC. Controlled maceration in order to obtain an aromatic, concentrated and elegant wine, at a level close to a Reserve. Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels. The Arribas do Douro Superior wine is a wine with the character of the Douro Superior. It has an aroma of ripe red fruits, spices, with elegant notes of vanilla originating from the barrel stage. Firm and pleasant tannins. Contains sulfites.

Pequenos Rebentos Atlântico Red
Made from 80-year-old vines located in Barcelos, as well as from Ponte de Lima and Melgaço vineyards, the healthiest and most phenolically mature bunches were selected. Mainly made with Cainho Tinto, Pedral and Alvarelhão, the intention was to create a fresh and elegant red wine, also starting from the color. It is not necessarily a “green red”, but a red made in the Vinho Verde Region. An elegant wine from the light color, delicate with some fresh fruit in the aroma and tense in the mouth, with a long finish.
After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes were macerated for 24 hours, as soon as spontaneous fermentation started, they were pressed and finished fermenting in used barrels. He also made the malolactic in barrels with total lees.
Aged for 8 months in used barrels. It was bottled in June 2021 (not strained, not filtered, not stabilized). Contains sulfites.
Permitido Rabigato White
With grapes from the Douro Superior, very close to the limit of the demarcated region, namely Vinhas Velhas based on Rabigato, the strength of freshness was combined in a very young wine with great aging capacity. Highlight for the altitude of these vineyards, close to 650m, and the granitic soil, which originate wines with excellent storage capacity. After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes underwent a short maceration and fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Aging for 8 months in stainless steel on fine lees. Aging in bottle for 2 months. This wine presents a white fruit on the nose with great intensity, fresh notes and very aromatic. A well-balanced wine in the mouth with a very long, persistent body and endless freshness. Contains sulfites.

Castello D’Alba Viosinho White
Manual harvest for small 20 kg perforated boxes, soft pressing of the whole bunches without destemming, in order to preserve the integrity of the grapes as much as possible, natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature between 16-17ºC in order to obtain the maximum expression of the combination: variety, soil and climate. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine was in contact with the fine lees, having been raised and stirred for about a month in stainless steel vats in order to gain creaminess and volume in the mouth. After bottling, the wine aged in bottle for 3 months before being placed on the market. It presents an intense aroma, of mineral character in balance with discreet notes of exotic fruits, melon and grapefruit. Acidity and freshness with fruit dominate the palate, feeling the same fruit as the nose, structured and smooth with very fresh acidity. Contains sulfites.
Niepoort Vintage 2019 Ruby
All Vintage 2019 components were trodden in granite presses with 100% stalk. The wines were transferred shortly after the harvest, aging in the Douro, in barrels, during the winter. The appearance is marked by a wonderful dark purple border and a great depth of color. The aroma is fine and moderate, with primary notes of dark fruits and some spices. The true style and potential of this wine come together on the palate, with a wonderful integration of dark fruits and a grainy tannic structure; an extraordinary balance between volume and elegance, resulting in an impressive aftertaste. In short, the primary fruit in the mouth can be appealing at this stage, but it is the balanced tannic structure that indicates the great aging potential of this wine in the future. Mariposa Encruzado Magnum White
The grapes were harvested manually for small boxes of 20kg, with selection in the vineyard. The grapes were again selected on the carpet of choice, cooled to the entrance of the cellar and immediately pressed. Part of the resulting wort was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it completed the fermentation and where it remained about 6 months. The rest of the wine, about 3/5, fermented and staged only in stainless steel. Citrus yellow color, floral aroma with light toasted notes and perception of granite. In the mouth it is unctuous with citric notes and a lively acidity. Ends long and vibrant.

Aging for 8 months in new French oak barrels with battonage. A new wine from Cepas Velhas. Aromatically it is a very fresh wine, with citrus fruit, in harmony with light floral nuances and strong mineral notes typical of the Terroir. Cercial harvested in the first week of September, after a prolonged period of rains. while the Arinto was harvested in the 3rd week of October. Total fermentation and 7 months stage in new and used 400 liter barrels. Good connection between fruit and wood, all in a register of good balance. A lot of structure, intense flavor and beautiful acidity. A set of great level with great gastronomic aptitude.

Harvest in the fourth week of September, after a phase of lower temperatures and with some precipitation, which allowed a balanced maturation between sugars and acids, with preservation of the fruit. Fermentation and total stage in used barrel of 400 liters during 8 months. Aroma with tropical notes, a lot of freshness and elegance to generate a harmonious juicy and vibrant set. Slightly crisp nuances. Long and persistent ending. Very gastronomic. Contains Sulfites.
José de Sousa Red
In the cellar José de Sousa still some ancestor techniques of vinification are used, being the most emblematic the use of the carving in the fermentation of the grapes. The essentials of small-scale winemaking have changed in recent centuries. In this wine, a small part is made according to this Roman process, the red grapes previously trodden on foot and destemmed by hand on a table called "table of ripanço". Afterwards, a small part of the must, the films and the stench are fermented in the clay pots, and another in the wine press. The remainder of the brand is fermented in stainless steel vats. The use of cutlery confers spices and a third dimension to wine. After fermentation, the wine has a skin maceration of 4 weeks, followed by 9 months in French and American oak casks. Red color loaded with scented dates, hay, plums, toasted bread, a little clove, oak wood, vanilla, chocolate. Palate with good fruit, good acidity, tannins present but soft. Long end of test.
