Quinta da Fonte do Ouro Reserva Especial Touriga Nacional Red
Fermentation with long and gentle maceration to extract the maximum potential from the variety. Malolactic fermentation took place in French oak barrels - Allier, where it aged for 12 months. Deep ruby color, floral aroma of violets and bergamot typical of the variety, ripe redcurrant, well married to the wood. Feel the robust but smooth tannins and wild fruits with great balance and complexity. Very smooth, pleasant and very persistent aftertaste. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Encontro Preto Branco Reserva Red
An amazing wine. Black White because it is made with red grapes ( Baga and Touriga Nacional) and white (Bical), here in an association as unexpected as it is happy, interesting, along with floral and fruity nuances of good quality. Stiff profile in the mouth, with solidtannins, well structured, a very personalized, vigorous wine with refreshing acidity that prolongs the end. It is ideal to accompany matured cheeses and delicate cooking delicacies of Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and African cuisine.

Cabriz Reserva Red
Made from the Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Aragonez varieties. It has an intense ruby color with slight brownish tones. Intense in balsamic notes, it also presents floral notes, red fruits and well-matured forest fruits. In the mouth it is fruity, soft, distinct volume of mouth and finishes elegant and persistent. Serve with grilled or grilled red meats, game and well-structured cheeses. Ready to drink right now, it will evolve well in the bottle for 5 to 7 years after the date of harvest.

Marquês de Borba Reserva Red
The grapes are partially destemmed and fermented in marble mills with the traditional step on foot. Following is the malolactic fermentation that takes place in 2nd year barrels. Excellent aromatic concentration. Notes of red fruits, spices and jams. Powerful and elegant. Solid, vigorous, and with very compact tannins but crushed by the body. Long and distinguished end.

Quinta do Crasto Touriga Nacional Red
Quinta do Crasto Touriga Nacional 2016 aged in French oak barrels where it remained for 18 months. The grapes, from the best plots of Touriga Nacional at Quinta do Crasto, were transported in boxes of 22 kg capacity and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. After a complete destemming and a slight crushing, the must was transferred to fermentation vats in stainless steel with controlled temperature. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, a soft pressing was carried out. It is a rich violet colored wine, with elegant violet notes on the nose, in perfect harmony with soft notes of fresh spice and wild Douro fruits. Starts the mouth tasting in a harmonious way, evolving into a wine with excellent volume and fine texture tannins very well matched with violet aromas. An engaging wine that mirrors the entire identity of Touriga Nacional and ends with excellent freshness and persistence. Contains Sulfites.
Três Bagos Reserva Magnum Red
Fermentation in stainless steel. Staged 50% of the lot in stainless steel; 25% in new French oak barrels and 25% in second-year French oak barrels for 11 months. Vivid red color, almost opaque. The nose is rich, fresh and quite complex, where the fruity character of well-ripe grapes predominates. The discreet and well integrated wood in the wine, contributes to its complexity and aromatic enrichment. In the mouth it is intense, full of aromatic notes to very ripe red fruits, with balanced acidity and soft but present tannins. It is a very well structured wine, quite tasty, that presents a smooth and very nice finish. Contains Sulfites.

Fermentation in stone winery. Stage in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Vivid red color, intense and deep. Fairly fruity, it is intense and complex, emphasizing aromas of ripe red fruit, such as blackberry and light cassis, and notes of vanilla, from its stage in wood. In the mouth the entrance is fresh, soft and very tasty, with fruit present and soft but lively tannins. Full and complex, it has a correct acidity which gives it longevity. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta dos Roques Alfrocheiro Red
Pomegranate-colored wine, limpid in appearance, the aroma shows well the character of the caste, with notes of red fruits, where strawberry notes predominate, and wild flowers, the wood, very discreet, is in great balance with the fruit of the caste. In the mouth you can feel the youth of the wine, thanks to its slight astringency, which assures a good longevity and certainly a good aging. Contains Sulfites.

Fruit very ripe. Fermented without clogging, at controlled temperatures, with frequent reruns. Aged for 12 months in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels, then mixed to balance the varietal fruit and the complexity of the oak. Bottled without glue and filtration. Aroma to spices, vigorous palate with intense fruit and a long and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.

The personality of a great wine is revealed in its unique and authentic essence of the terroir where it was created. The Vinha Othon Reserva clearly demonstrates the magnitude of the Dão of Quinta da Vinha Paz. It has a bright deep red color with tiled nuances. On the nose, it expresses notes of high aromatic complexity with notes of ripe red fruit, rosemary, pine needles and fine spices combined with expressions of dried fruit from the Quinta. In the mouth it is very velvety, soft with the presence of round, complex tannins with notes of mineral freshness. It demonstrates a personalized sensorial approach, defining an elegant and long aftertaste with a high bouquet. It should be served at a temperature of 18 º C with game dishes and cheeses. This Quinta dos Carvalhais Reserva presents a very dense and very lively red color. It is an austere wine, but with a delicate and fine aroma. To the nose arrive oak notes of the stage in barrel, along with the black fruit. It has nuances of spices and a floral touch to harmonize the set. In the mouth it is elegant and balanced, with protected tannin to give structure and strength to the wine.
