Pomegranate-colored wine, limpid in appearance, the aroma shows well the character of the caste, with notes of red fruits, where strawberry notes predominate, and wild flowers, the wood, very discreet, is in great balance with the fruit of the caste. The grapes were harvested manually into 25Kg boxes and immediately transported to the cellar where they were stored in the cold chamber for 24 hours. This was followed by grape selection and pneumatic pressing and decanting. The alcoholic fermentation started in a stainless steel tank with selected yeasts. 70% of the must was transferred to 500L barrels and the wine was kept in contact with the fine lees with periodic battonage. Aging for 8 months in barrels with battonage. Complex nose where the tropical fruit from the Roupeiro stands out, combined with notes of grapefruit and the freshness of the Arinto lime peel. The palate is dominated by creaminess and unctuousness. Long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Quinta do Crasto Touriga Nacional 2016 aged in French oak barrels where it remained for 18 months. The grapes, from the best plots of Touriga Nacional at Quinta do Crasto, were transported in boxes of 22 kg capacity and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. After a complete destemming and a slight crushing, the must was transferred to fermentation vats in stainless steel with controlled temperature. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, a soft pressing was carried out. It is a rich violet colored wine, with elegant violet notes on the nose, in perfect harmony with soft notes of fresh spice and wild Douro fruits. Starts the mouth tasting in a harmonious way, evolving into a wine with excellent volume and fine texture tannins very well matched with violet aromas. An engaging wine that mirrors the entire identity of Touriga Nacional and ends with excellent freshness and persistence. Contains Sulfites.

After manual harvesting and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were hand-de-stemmed and the grapes trodden by foot in a small press. Fermentation started spontaneously and lasted approximately 20 days. It was transferred to a pitcher without the use of electricity. This wine has a red fruit aroma. Fresh, light and disconcerting wine. Harmonization and longevity: It is a challenge to gastronomy. It can be consumed immediately or in the next 5 to 10 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dry place, protected from light and without temperature fluctuations. Contains sulfites.
