Deep grená color with purple reflections, aroma of blackberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, cherry and prune, marrying with mentholates, camphor, Provence herbs, earl gray tea, cocoa and walnut. It is intense and very fresh, with fine tannins and structuring. It is persistent. Reveals great guarding potential - it's memorable! Decant and serve at the temperature of 16º with fish dishes, red meats, cheeses and desserts. Contains Sulfites.

In the style of a Grand Cru, La Demoiselle can age in bottle for 8 to 10 years. This is a wine to discover over time due to its intriguing evolution. In the early years, the fruit of the Sauvignon grape dominates with a discreet touch of terroir and small notes of wood at the end. Over time, the sensations become more homogeneous, the more expressive terroir and the evolved Sauvignon shows us its complex (and, unfortunately, very rare) aromatic palate. Finally, the notes of light wood are completely melted bringing enormous depth to this great wine. Contains Sulfites.

Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and smooth skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. Maturation during 18 months in new French oak barrels with weak toasted. Intense garnet color, sui generis aroma and flavor with a lot of harmony, elegance and notorious persistence, which make it distinctive to accompany sublime delicacies.

The Real Companhia Velha Espumante Rosé Crude is the result of a careful selection of Pinot Noir from Quinta de Cidrô in São João da Pesqueira. Fermentation and maceration occurs in stainless steel with temperature control. 30% of the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months, in the best conditions for stage. It has very intense notes of red and citrus fruit, complexed with nuances of vanilla. Produced from grapes harvested manually and selected with rigor. The fermentation took place in stainless steel mills, of small dimensions with temperature control in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance. After the fermentation it staged in 4 types of oak barrels during 12 months and the same period in the bottle. Of course, garnet color, the nose features an intense profile aroma, suggesting ripe fruit with soft wood notes and spice notes. The palate shows the full-bodied and well-balanced acidity, with robust and good tannins combined with long and elegant final finish. Contains Sulfites.
