Quinta dos Termos Grande Escolha Red
Prolonged tanning, stage in new French oak barrels, and natural clarification helped by the cutting cold of the Serra da Estrela. It is a red atypical dog as it is much more loaded with color than normal thanks to a year of harvest especially of features. It begins to be discreet and enigmatic, creating strong expectations for lovers. Gradually open, transfiguring in surprisingly and revealing black fruit notes in perfect equilibrium with wood. Shows the breed of the caste, leaving a nice travoid on the palate that invites you to drink. It is a wine for the table, becoming challenging for the lovers of this large Portuguese caste. Harvest the last week of August. Balanced maturation, with 3-pass harvest. Fermentation at controlled temperature 14ºC. Grapes transported in perforated boxes of 15 kg. Dehydrated grapes followed by skin maceration. Pressing and fermentation in stainless steel. Stage on lees about 4 years. Dégorgement without added sugar - Brut Nature. With Baga and Touriga, it has a beautiful color of onion peel and a very fine, expressive but at the same time delicate aroma, with wild berries. The aromatic delicacy contrasts with the explosive mouth, resulting in a sparkling full of luster and flavor. Contains sulfites.
Campolargo CC & CP Bruto White
Hazelnut aroma, cut by a light note of resin and pine needles, some balsamic, biscuit. The mouth is creamy and textured, with a very fine bubble, nuances of dry vegetable, ripe citrus fruit, ginger, very solid and imposing. An austere, vigorous sparkling wine, but at the same time very elegant and sophisticated, with a long finish full of character. Contains sulfites.

The grapes were harvested in 25kg plastic boxes, hand-picked from berry to berry, destemmed and trampled on foot in traditional presses, fermented in presses for a week at a temperature of 26ºC. Malolactic fermentation took place in new French oak casks, where the wine aged for 18 months. Dark ruby color. Fresh notes of black fruits on the nose without over-ripening, all well matched and balanced with new wood, good volume in the mouth with a refreshing acidity to balance the concentration of the wine, the tannins are present but ripe. Long and elegant finish with notes of vanilla and fruit. Contains sulfites.

The grapes were crushed gently with total destemming, which was followed by the alcoholic fermentation process in a stainless steel mill, with moderate mechanical treading, ending in maceration for 10 days, under temperature control at 24ºC. The wine aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. After light filtration, bottling took place and a final stage in a 30-month cellar in the bottle. Deep garnet color, good aromatic intensity to very ripe black fruits, cocoa and toasted nuts. A soft flavor with silky tannins of raisin fruit and wild berry, full-bodied but with a long-lasting freshness. Contains sulfites.

Made exclusively from the grapes of the Pinot Noir variety, on the property of Espiells. A manual harvest in its best maturity and a small transport of boxes, guarantees the integrity of the curls. Manual loading and gentle grape pressing without de-greasing is a magnificent juice with low color intensity. A controlled fermentation and static fermentation, they transform this must into a very personal base wine. Cava with a beautiful golden color, with faint reddish memories that evoke its noble varietal origin. Its very fine bubbles make it rise in beautiful and abundant rosaries. I have a beautiful and persistent crown. Its aroma is amazing. Notes of white fruits and bones, unusual aromas of cherries, surrounded by a background of honey, toast and citrus fruits. An elegant and complex aroma. In the mouth it offers an amazing and fruity structure. Excellent effervescence in the mouth, with great creaminess. Selection of quality grapes letter A, followed by destemming and crushing. After fermentation in the winery by the traditional step-by-step process, wine spirits were added. Stage in stainless steel tank. Quinta dos Murças Vintage 2011 was dense, opaque color with violet tones. Aroma with suggestions of blue fruits and some floral notes of violets. Elegant and balanced palate, fine and silky tannins, with long and velvety finish. Contains sulfites.
Messias Vintage 2011 + 2 Copos Ruby
Fermented wine with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC) when the wort reaches the desired sweetness value, the fermentation is interrupted by the addition of aguardente (77%), later staggered in oak wood, in the warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia until bottled, between the 2nd and 3rd year, after being approved. Deep red color, in the nose exalts the aromas of black fruit of the forest, with touches of violet and nuances of black pepper. On the palate there is an explosion of ripe fruit combined with a high freshness, with very good tannins that give it immense life and prolongation of the mouth, a characteristic that increases its potential for aging, although it can be consumed already.
