Soalheiro Primeiras Vinhas Magnum White
The Alvarinho grapes, produced according to the concepts of organic farming where we protect the wine-growing ecosystem, promoting biodiversity and environmental sustainability, are harvested manually in the older vineyards with more than 40 years of existence in Quinta de Soalheiro, the First Vineyards. Currently, we still have a selection of Alvarinho grapes planted in Pé-franco. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature. The fermentation takes place essentially in stainless steel (about 15% of the total volume is fermented in used oak barrels), with maintenance of the fine lees until the beginning of May, the month in which the bottling takes place. In this harvest we also integrate into the Alvarinho lot with a large oak kite stage. Citrine yellow color, elegant and full aroma that grows in the glass, becoming more and more persistent. The flavor is full-bodied, fresh and with great gustatory complexity.

Soalheiro Alvarinho Magnum White
An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted wort is decanted for 48 hours, followed by controlled temperature fermentation, using pre-selected yeasts for this purpose. The bottling takes place after the stabilization of the wine, followed by a bottle stage. The Alvarinho Soalheiro winemaking is directed to obtain a wine that concentrates the quality of the grapes and allows a good evolution after the bottling. Citrus yellow color, aroma with the profile of Alvarinho Soalheiro Classical, intense and tropical with mineral notes. Contains Sulfites.
Marquês de Marialva Blanc de Blancs Magnum White
Total destemming, natural static settling, pressing soft. Alcoholic fermentation at 18 ° C, followed by a second fermentation in a bottle (classic method). Of citrus, defined appearance and persistent bubble. The nose is young, with dry fruits and toasted nuances. In the mouth it is fruity, fresh with a crunchy mousse and good persistence. Quinta da Bacalhôa Magnum Red
Maintaining its classic style, Quinta da Bacalhôa 2014 presents aromas of well-preserved red fruits combined with nuances of wood and spices. In the mouth the sensations of red fruit are enhanced and combined with soft but present tannins, it has a fresh finish, something mineral, elegant and very complex.

Casa Ferreirinha Callabriga Magnum Red
It is vinified in the Quinta da Leda winery, from grapes coming from plots located in Quinta da Leda and neighboring vineyards. Grapes with balanced maturation are chosen as a consequence of a favorable vegetative cycle. After destemming and soft crushing, the grapes are sent to stainless steel vats and/or mills, where prolonged macerations are carried out. It is intended with this technology that the constituents of quality, present in the ripe grapes, thus pass smoothly to the wine. Contains Sulfites.
Pintas DOC Magnum Red
Mirror of the vine of more than 80 years that gives origin to him, this wine is composed by an exceptional field blend of more than 30 grape varieties. Very intense purple color. Soito Reserva Magnum Red
Created from the harmony of the varieties Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta-Roriz produced and vinified in Quinta do Soito. It has a grená color with violet reflections, delicate aroma and complete with blackberry and blueberry notes allied to menthol nuances and fine spices. In the mouth it reveals an excellent balance: the flavor is velvety and intense, great, with the presence of rich and silky tannins. With a complex and harmonious structure, it reveals a unique minerality combined with a long finish. Serve at 16 - 18 ºC.

Pedra Cancela Reserva Magnum Red
Total destemming, fermentation with strong maceration in typical granite lagar, with temperature control at 24º C. Stage for 9 months in French oak barrels and 2 months in stage cellar. Deep red red with purple reflections. Aroma to red fruits of the forest, touches of tobacco and mocha. Velvety and full, complex and balanced. Contains Sulfites.
Ribeiro Santo Encruzado Magnum White
The grapes, exclusively from the Encruzado variety, were harvested manually in the second week of September for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The decanted and pressed grape must decanted at low temperature in small stainless steel tanks for 48 hours. After being cleaned it was fermented in French oak barrels of 500L. During the fermentation was done battonage, the wine remained in the barrels for another 5 months. Color clear, with greenish citrus lavas. Delicate aroma with notes of lemon, green apple and dried linden flower. In the mouth we find the same fresh fruit and the typical crusty minerality in balance with fresh acidity.

Ribeiro Santo Reserva Magnum Red
Wine of intense ruby color, with notes of black and violet fruits in a harmonious combination with nuances of dried pine needles, cardamom and pink pepper. In the mourh it is intense with well.marked tannins in balance with the acidity that demonstrates well its potencial of aging. Contains Sulfites.
Chryseia Magnum Red
Chryseia was produced from the best grapes extracted from the two vineyards of the Douro Valley of Prats & Symington, Quinta de Roriz and Quinta da Perdiz. Another property, Quinta da Vila Velha, which is privately owned by a member of the Symington family, has also contributed some of its finest grapes, as it has in all Chryseia harvests. It was aged in French oak barrels of 400 Liters for 15 months. The grapes were harvested in excellent condition, resulting in a very fine Chryseia. Contains Sulfites.

The wort resulting from this selection ferments the temperature controlled, obtaining the base wine for sparkling wine. This wine suffers, already in bottle, a second fermentation.
