There are still some characteristic aromas of the evolution in the bottle, which contribute to increase still its great complexity. It is a concentrated, dense, high-structure wine. It has a balanced acidity, firm and very mature tannins, well wrapped in its body and volume. Its balance lies in a set of sensations, where concentration, wealth and strength become decisive. These characteristics, together with the high intensity of its retronasal aroma, give it high end of persistence, which allows for a long evolution. Contains Sulfites.

Duorum Colheita Magnum Red

After being selected, the grapes are stalked at the entrance of the cellar, crushed and driven to stainless steel mills with robotized steps. It is at this stage that the pre-fermentative maceration is carried out at low temperatures. Subsequently the fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a maximum controlled temperature of 28ºC. Intense deep red color with violet tones. Duorum Colheita White

Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. The grapes are kept at low temperature for 48 hours. After destemming the grapes, they are pressed, followed by alcoholic fermentation. About 30% of the batch is fermented in French oak barrels. The remainder ferment in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature, between 14 and 16ºC. It presents a golden yellow color. Intense aroma dominated by exotic fruits like grapefruit, and white fruits like peach. It has an easily perceived acidity, involved in the volume and body of the wine. A wine with a unique personality and a high final persistence. Contains sulfites.
