Manual harvest during the month of September for 25 kg boxes. After sorting the bunches in the vineyard, the berries were also chosen by optical sorting at the entrance to the cellar, so that only the perfect berries were used. These were then refrigerated, destemmed and pressed in an inert environment. Subsequent cold decanting and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16ºC. Stage in stainless steel vats. Soft in color, pale pink with red nuances. It shows an intense and fresh aroma of red fruits, especially raspberries, with light vegetable notes. Acidity elegantly balanced with the volume in the mouth, making it a very appetizing rosé. Contains sulfites.
Juvé Y Camps Brut Rose
Juvé & Camps Brut Rosé is made from a light maceration of the Pinot Noir grapes, which come from our vineyard on the Espiells estate. This cava features a lovely bright pink color. A large number of small bubbles create a real spectacular effervescence. Its white crown, abundant and lasting, contrasts with its pink background, highlighting its magnificent foam. Its aroma is delicate and intense. In it, you can find clear notes of cherries and strawberries, surrounded by touches of honey, toast and floral memories. It has a very unusual nose in which freshness dominates the wine. It is lush on the palate. The effervescent foam that is released in the tasting is intense and creamy. She strokes the inside of the mouth very gently, releasing all its rich aromas. Contains sulfites.

Covela Colheita Rose
This wine is obtained from organic viticulture. Manual harvesting. Transport of grapes in small boxes to avoid crushing. Manual selection of curls. Total destemming followed by gentle pressing. Slight maceration of the skin. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank. Stage in fine lees until January. Peach skin color. Aroma intense and full of character where the fresh red fruits (currant) and a tropical subtle stand out. In the mouth it is dry, excellent texture and refreshing finish. Ideal for dining and other outdoor moments, by the sea and always in good company. It is a very gastronomic rosé that combines with various types of food from salads to quiches to dishes of Italian and Asian cuisine. Contains Sulfites.
Carm Rose
The grapes were vinified with total destemming, soft crushing, followed by a period of clarification for 48 hours depending on the state of maturity. The alcoholic fermentation took place at temperatures between 12º and 16º for a long period, with the wines aging in stainless steel on fine sludge until bottling. This rosé has a complex aroma that gives it a truly gourmet character and allows it to accompany, in general, all Mediterranean cuisine. It is fresh, with red fruits and elegant floral notes typical of the variety. The flavor is prolonged, fresh and rich, with balanced acidity. Contains sulfites.

Quinta do Poço do Lobo Baga Pinot Noir Rose
After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, the must was fermented for 15 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. This was followed by extraction with free yeasts, with re-fermentation taking place in a cellar for 25 days at 14 ºC, followed by a 60-month aging period in bottle on lees. Pink color defined with hints of onion skin, aromas of acidic red fruits, buttery notes, evident toasted notes and beeswax, among other aromatic notes of a rich and complex palette. It has great gustatory complexity, very fresh attack, and excellent texture. The mousse is creamy and has good gustatory persistence. Contains sulfites.
