It is an elegant, complex and fruity organic red wine. It presents an aromatic profile rich in ripe red fruits, with notes of red plum, cherry and blackberries. Polished, vigorous tannins, with delicate balsamic notes and polished acidity.

Wine with high aromatic richness, in which red and forest fruits stand out. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh and with a very long finish. Contains sulfites.

Garnet red in color. Very intense and complex, ripe fruit and notes of vanilla from barrel aging. Elegant, structured, persistent where notes of ripe fruit return. Contains sulfites.

Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation without temperature control with wild yeasts, with gentle hand maceration. Aging in cement vats until bottling. This wine shows a very fruity nose of wild berries with a discreet floral nuance, its youth and irreverence can be noted, a smooth, broad and persistent palate with freshness and very smooth tannins.

Partial destemming, fermentation in foot-treading wine presses, finishing the malolactic fermentation in used barrels. Stage for 8 months in used oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. Open red color, aromas of fresh fruit, floral, red fruits with a slight minty touch. Fruity, fresh and elegant flavor, with slight vegetable nuances that give it freshness.

Deep violet red color. On the nose, very fresh and intense with hints of black berries, well combined with light floral notes that give it elegance. It was made from grapes from our three main farms, and with various varieties, of which Touriga Nacional, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Alfrocheiro stand out, from some very old vines and others more recent.
