Manual harvest, during the month of September for 25 kg boxes. After a selection of bunches in the vineyard, the berries were chosen by optical sorting, choosing the perfect berries. These were then refrigerated, de-stemmed and pressed in an inert environment. The subsequent decantation and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16°C. This single variety has a very fresh character, with a pale and crystalline appearance. Very lively on the nose, reveals expressive fruit with a floral touch. Manual harvest for small 15 kg perforated boxes, fermentation with cold technology, in a reductive environment, with controlled temperature around 16ºC, using very gentle crushing and pressing processes under an inert atmosphere in order to preserve all the aromatic potential of the grapes , a great effort is made so that all pre-fermentative operations are carried out within the strictest rigor, as they are responsible for the intrinsic quality of the future wine. Part of the wine ferment in used French oak and remains there after a small racking over fine lees with periodic “battonage” stirring until the final blend is made with stainless steel wine. Fermentation and aging in French and American wood with agitation of lees for 6 months until filling. Complex aroma, mineral in balance with exotic fruits, citrus fruits, white flowers of the field, in addition to discreet and suggestive toasted barrel notes. In the mouth it is plump and creamy, with volume and freshness, very long. Contains Sulfites.

After this period in an inert atmosphere, the pressing was done in a pneumatic press, followed by a period of clarification of the must, from 24 to 48 hours depending on the variety and the state of maturity. The alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature between 12 and 14º. The wines aged in stainless steel on fine sludge until bottling. On the nose, this harvest made it possible to obtain a very fresh wine, with citrus fruit, in harmony with light floral nuances and strong mineral notes. It has good volume in the mouth and a very long and fresh finish. It is an ideal white to accompany: fish, seafood, white meat and salads. Contains sulfites.

Carm Reserva White

With the most modern technology and total temperature control we eliminated curls that were not in perfect condition, the grapes were vinified with total destemming, followed by soft crushing and skin maceration for about 12 hours. Vinification in hyper-reduction, fermentation at 12ºC and transfer under controlled atmosphere. Quinta do Portal Late Harvest White

The muscat variety that aromatically personalizes this wine and the Viosinho that harmonizes with its acidity. These concentrated in the vine by dehydration. Crasto Superior White

The grapes, coming from the Douro Superior, were transported in 22 kg boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the winery. They were later de-stemmed and pressed. The pressed must was transferred to a stainless steel tank where it was kept at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until it was decanted. Afterwards, the alcoholic fermentation started in a stainless steel tank and later the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where the fermentation ended at a temperature of 14ºC for a period of 45 days. Crasto Superior aged in French oak barrels, where it remained for 6 months, in the process of working fine lees “bâtonnage”, with the barrels resting on a rotating system that allows the lees to be lifted without incorporating oxygen. It has a pale lemon color, has an excellent freshness and minerality on the nose, well integrated with fresh citrus fruit notes. Evolves in the mouth in a captivating way to a wine of great seriousness, with a vibrant acidity and great volume, very fresh and mineral. A wine with a gastronomic profile that ends up seductive and with enormous persistence. Contains sulfites.

Crasto DOC White

The grapes, from previously selected plots, were transported in 22 kg food plastic boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. They were subsequently destemmed and pressed. The pressed wort was transferred to a stainless steel vat where it was kept at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until decanting. Then, alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel vat with controlled temperatures of 14º C for a period of 30 days. Aging 3 months in stainless steel vats. Bright citrus colored wine, with expressive aromas of tropical fruits reminiscent of fresh passion fruit, in perfect harmony with soft floral notes. Starts in the mouth tasting in a captivating way, evolving into a balanced wine, of medium volume and structure, very well integrated with excellent sensations of minerality. Pacheca Superior White

After careful selection for their best condition, the grapes were harvested into 25 kg trunks and sent to the vinification center where they were lightly pressed in a pneumatic press. The resulting must was sent to stainless steel vats and cooled, where it remained for 24 hours to decant. At the end of this period, it was filtered and transferred to another stainless steel vat where it was inoculated with selected yeasts, having fermented at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, it aged in 2nd year French oak barrels with weekly bâtonnage for 6 months. Pacheca Superior White has a complex aroma, some tropical fruit notes such as pineapple and passion fruit and toasted notes from the barrel. In the mouth it is marked by exotic fruit wrapped in toasted wood notes that give it a rich body and a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
