Vinification in hyper-reduction, fermentation at 12ºC and transfer under controlled atmosphere. After fermentation, the wine is kept in stainless steel vats in contact with the fine lees until bottling, in order to maintain its freshness and gain complexity. This wine was carefully prepared using the best fermentation techniques and remained in contact with fine lees during the long stage, in order to guarantee greater complexity and richness. Citrine and bright in color, it presents a very elegant and exquisite aroma of apricot and grapefruit, with an enveloping mineral sensation. Very balanced in the mouth, with good texture and acidity giving a unique freshness at the end of the mouth. Very good aptitude and gastronomic versatility. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta do Portal Late Harvest White

Manual harvest and then transported in boxes. Alcoholic fermentation: Encapsulated yeasts are used in a stainless steel vat at a controlled temperature of 12-14 ° C. The must, after being obtained, fermented and aged in used French oak barrels. This is another Late Harvest made from different varieties in order to obtain something more complete! The muscat variety that aromatically personalizes this wine and the Viosinho that harmonizes with its acidity. These concentrated in the vine by dehydration. Still Malvasia that with some botritis provides complexity and volume. It has a citrus color due to the care with which grapes and must have always been treated, it has exotic and fruity aromas of nectarine and apricot, as well as orange blossom. Very elegant in the mouth and excellent acidity, with enough complexity to leave us shuffled. A very seductive finish. Contain sulfites.

Crasto Superior White

The grapes, coming from the Douro Superior, were transported in 22 kg boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the winery. They were later de-stemmed and pressed. The pressed must was transferred to a stainless steel tank where it was kept at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until it was decanted. Afterwards, the alcoholic fermentation started in a stainless steel tank and later the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where the fermentation ended at a temperature of 14ºC for a period of 45 days. Crasto Superior aged in French oak barrels, where it remained for 6 months, in the process of working fine lees “bâtonnage”, with the barrels resting on a rotating system that allows the lees to be lifted without incorporating oxygen. It has a pale lemon color, has an excellent freshness and minerality on the nose, well integrated with fresh citrus fruit notes. Evolves in the mouth in a captivating way to a wine of great seriousness, with a vibrant acidity and great volume, very fresh and mineral. A wine with a gastronomic profile that ends up seductive and with enormous persistence. Contains sulfites.

Crasto DOC White

The grapes, from previously selected plots, were transported in 22 kg food plastic boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. They were subsequently destemmed and pressed. The pressed wort was transferred to a stainless steel vat where it was kept at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until decanting. Then, alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel vat with controlled temperatures of 14º C for a period of 30 days. Aging 3 months in stainless steel vats. Bright citrus colored wine, with expressive aromas of tropical fruits reminiscent of fresh passion fruit, in perfect harmony with soft floral notes. Starts in the mouth tasting in a captivating way, evolving into a balanced wine, of medium volume and structure, very well integrated with excellent sensations of minerality. A seductive wine that finishes fresh and with a pleasant persistence. Contains Sulfites.

Pacheca Superior White

After careful selection for their best condition, the grapes were harvested into 25 kg trunks and sent to the vinification center where they were lightly pressed in a pneumatic press. The resulting must was sent to stainless steel vats and cooled, where it remained for 24 hours to decant. At the end of this period, it was filtered and transferred to another stainless steel vat where it was inoculated with selected yeasts, having fermented at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, it aged in 2nd year French oak barrels with weekly bâtonnage for 6 months. Pacheca Superior White has a complex aroma, some tropical fruit notes such as pineapple and passion fruit and toasted notes from the barrel. In the mouth it is marked by exotic fruit wrapped in toasted wood notes that give it a rich body and a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Niepoort Diálogo White

After a refrigerated transport to Quinta de Nápoles, the grapes enter the cellar, where a full selection is made on a table of choice, and are pressed in an automatic press. After cold static decanting, the musts are cleaned in stainless steel vats, spontaneously fermenting at a controlled temperature. They age in their fine lees for 6 months, without lifting them. The White Dialogue is a good example of the Niepoort profile, austere and very mineral. A fresh white, with herbaceous and citrus notes on the nose, young but showing all its aging potential, very fine and elegant, with an electric aftertaste that makes you want to repeat.
