Maçanita Vinha Centenária White
Produced from a vineyard over 100 years old where Arinto dos Açores dominates, but there are also Verdelho, Boal (Malvasia Fina) and Alicante white (Boal de Alicante). Harvested by hand, selection on a selection table, direct press, cold decanted 12h, first presses vinified in stainless steel in a horizontal vat, 2nd presses fermented in French oak barrels for 3 years of use, without batonnage for 9 months. Yellow citrus-straw color, iodine aroma, salt, linden. In the mouth, dense concentrated attack, acidity cuts in half and remains until the end of the tasting, salt and iodine, it is a sea slap. Kompassus Verdelho White
Pre-fermentative maceration in a controlled environment. Total fermentation and 7 months aging in used 400 liter barrels. Mysterious, subtle aroma, very fresh tropical note, grapefruit and vegetable. Taste of mouth, almost crispy, linear but with unusual power in this caste, ending with charming bitter. Super gastronomic. Contains Sulfites.
Insula Verdelho White
Selective manual harvest in 15kg boxes, soft pressing of the entire bunch, decanting after 24h of sedimentation, for fermentation vats. The Verdelho variety, born in the Azorean islands, produces unique wines, which express great freshness and tropical aromas in conjunction with the salinity provided by the Atlantic surroundings and the typical minerality of basaltic volcanic soils. Florão White
Attractive aromatic exuberance where notes of peach and white plum stand out, with more discreet hints of green apple and lemon, which reflects the importance of Arinto in the blend. In the mouth it has a smoky streak and sparkling acidity that gives a beautiful freshness and underlines the minerality of the soils of Fonte Souto. End of mouth with smooth texture and great balance. Contains sulfites.
DSF Private Collection Verdelho White
Must fermented in stainless steel at 16ºC. It has a yellow citrus color, subtle aromas of honeysuckle, very characteristic of this variety. In the mouth, in tune with the aroma of the nose, honeysuckle and lantana. Present and persistent freshness. Fresh finish, consistent with the nose aroma, lantana flavor and white pepper. Contains sulfites.
Castello D’Alba Biológico White
Aging on fine lees in stainless steel vats for 3 months. Manual harvest for small 15Kg perforated boxes, whole bunches without destemming, using very gentle crushing and pressing processes. A great effort is made to ensure that all pre-fermentation operations are carried out with the utmost rigor, in order to interfere as little as possible with the intrinsic quality of the grapes. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Great aromatic purity, complex of mineral character, exotic fruits, citrus and white flowers of the field, characteristic of the grape varieties that give rise to it. In the mouth you can feel the aroma notes in an intense and creamy set, with volume and freshness, very long. Contains sulfites.

Adega de Borba Reserva White
The white grape varieties recently introduced in the Alentejo wine estates demonstrate in this wine their oenological characteristics to produce quality wine in the region of Borba. The grapes coming from vineyards with moderate productivity allow to obtain a fresh, balanced and structured wine. Harvest was performed manually and in the morning so that the temperature of the grape at the entrance to the cellar is optimum. The grapes were transported in small quantities. After crushing and total destemming of the grapes, a slight skin maceration followed by pressing, decanting by the system of cold for 24 hours and alcoholic fermentation, 30% of the wine in French and American oak barrels, with strict temperature control at 15 ° C. Light and bright coppery brown color with golden nuances and greenish reflections. On the nose it is very characteristic, exuberant and very ethereal, full of balsamic notes, spices and nuts. On the palate it is very powerful, fresh and concentrated, with a long and retro finish full of balsamic notes, exotic woods and old rum. Contains sulfites.

Aging took place in 2 casks, over 50 years old from warmer and drier warehouses situated on the upper floors of the wineries in Funchal - Blandy`s Madeira Lodge. It has a topaz color with golden reflections, greenish-gold nuances, brilliant crystalline and slow halo tear. Intense and complex aroma, highlighting the bouquet of wood wine composed of characteristic elements such as spices and vanilla. Contains sulfites.
