Composed of a batch of wines from the best harvests, aged in oak barrels on the property for 10 years, where grape varieties such as Encruzado, Gouveio and Semillon are combined, resulting in a very complex wine in which aromas of gunpowder, truffles and some honey stand out. and dried fruits. It has a very well integrated acidity, an extraordinary volume and an elegant finish, hard to forget. It is a wine that requires calm and dedication, to taste the best that Dão has to offer. Quinta dos Carvalhais Reserva White
Quinta dos Carvalhais Reserva White features a beautiful bright yellow straw color very bright. In the aroma, the notes are buttery, honey and nuts, mineral touches and some vegetable that gives freshness and complexity to the lot. In the mouth, the aromatic complexity conferred by the oak barrel where it staged and again the notes of nuts and honey are perfectly balanced with the very lively acidity. It is an austere and elegant wine that ends at a very long, delicate and elegant finish. Contains Sulfites.
Campolargo Verdelho White
After decantation, fermentation in vats with controlled temperature. Small part fermented in barrel. Stage on thin lees up to 6 months. Blandy’s Verdelho 10 Anos
Blandy's Verdelho 10 years ferment with natural yeasts at a temperature of 18 to 21ºC in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Approximately after 4 days the fortification is carried out with wine alcohol (96%), in order to preserve the desired natural sugar content. It is aged for 10 years in American oak casks according to the traditional 'Canteiro' process. This includes a delicate heating of the wine in the attic of the warehouses in Funchal. Over the years, the wine is transferred from the upper floors to the intermediate floors, and eventually to the floor level where it is cooler. After this 'gradual stuffing', the wine is filtered and clarified before being bottled. Topaz color, clear and bright, with a golden halo. A fresh bouquet of dried fruits and spices, with inviting orange aromas. Medium dry, full-bodied and concentrated, its freshness combines perfectly with very balanced acidity. Long aftertaste, with exotic fruits and spices. Contains sulfites.

Herdade de São Miguel Colheita Selecionada White
Manual harvest. Total stalking. Pre-fermentative maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Vacuum press, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel vats (50%) and in 400L barrels for 20 to 30 days. Aging for 50% for 4 months in French oak barrels. Citrus yellow color, complex aroma of tropical fruits and white flowers with notes of butter and coconut. Fresh attack, fine acidity and sharp body. Quite mineral and harmonious. Long finish. Contains Sulfites.
Tangente Reserva Red
Intense ruby color. Aroma with notes of ripe wild berries, jams and spices. Nuances of cocoa and mocha. It evenly shows the well-integrated toast of the barrels and the mineral of the clay amphorae. The richness of the fruit is immediate in the mouth. It is voluminous and intense, with firm tannins and a long, complex and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Terra Brum Reserva Vinhas Velhas White
Wine made with 90% Arinto-dos-Azores, the remaining 10% in Verdelho and Terrantez-do-pico. The grapes come from a selected area of the vineyards of Solar Terra Brum, located in Areia Larga, with old vines and native varieties. This wine fermented in chilled cement tulips using indigenous yeasts, with subsequent aging for 23 months in contact with the lees. Balanced with intense minerality, dry, great texture, complex with light nutty notes and an endless aftertaste. Contains sulfites.
Barbeito Rainwater Reserva Meio Seco
Grapes from several quality vineyards in the Estreito de Câmara de Lobos and Prazeres area. Grapes pressed in a pneumatic press. Interruption of fermentation through the addition of vinous alcohol (96%). Tinta Negra and Verdelho aged in Canteiro for 5 years in French oak casks. For this batch, we selected wines from our warehouses, whose stable temperatures throughout the year gave rise to this wine with balanced levels of sugar and acidity. Light golden color. Aromatic nose with notes of dried fruit, orange blossom and candied fruit. Full of mouth and extremely smooth. Long and fresh mineral finish. Contains sulfites.
